  • Good for this guy. I'm glad he was able to prove the cop is a liar. That's abuse of power. I feel this guy's pain, I got pulled over for 2 mph over the speed limit. 57mph in a 65mph. I couldn't believe it.

  • Dashcam and gps.

All bullshit cops informed they will be sued via civil suit for 4x their bond amount for any illegal detention search or seizure.

That only happens about once per year the other 100+ incidents are handled by the V1 and the defuser ex2.

  • police radar units are not calibrated regularly. they are supposed to be checked regularly with a tuning fork, but this rarely happens....

  • F#@$ the pigs

  • the speed that the gps tells you is not accurate bc it is not calibrated to the car like the speedometer is. people need to pull their head out of their ass and get a map AND read the speedometer on their car. its not hard.

  • @tdhill84 +or minus 5 MPH or + or - 8 KPH

that's alot better than the speedo in the dashboard by far

  • @tdhill84 no genius its calibrated to multiple satilites genius. Car companies calibrate them to read faster than the actual rate of speed to help cut down on this very problem, not to mention having a tire that isn't the proper size can also effect the reading of your speedometer.

  • why do you need to submit any evidence?

    what a fucked up system.

They are trying to prove you are guilty, you should only have to show that their proof isn't reliable.

  • Carchip.com , check this out it does the same thing but better!!!!!

  • Cops are liars!

When will you people learn that?

  • @jonnyracerx Cops are people! When you liars learn that?

Cops lie? Sure. All kinds of people lie. At least their lies fall under some scrutiny, not like politicians or YouTubers. :^)

  • @Mattman4698 sounds like you take it personally...are you a lying POS cop or a cop-lover?

  • @Mattman4698 I'm neither. I'm a truth lover :^)

  • Police radar IS NOT more accurate than GPS! I was pulled for speeding right in front of my house. With no movement around, his radar was reading 17 miles per hour. His car was stationary, as was everything else.

  • score one for the civilians and score zero for the cops ha ha ha

  • there reg. calibrated really thats not always true only if the cop does that and a good gps is super accurate good to the .5 mph you need to be 5 mph or more over the speed limit to get a ticket in the usa

  • i like

  • There is no reason you spent 1000 dollars to go to court over a ticket

  • The police lake standing when they pull you over, If you harmed no one or caused no damage then the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. It is important to not plea in traffic court or deny doing anything wrong. Say that you do not understand the nature and cause of action against you. Argue the process not the facts and you will win every time.

  • BS the guy was speeding, I GPS aren't 100% I've seen my gps read 500+ MPH and I am pretty sure my car doesn't go that fast. They aren't acurate. Speeders just lie.

  • Winning

  • he jailbroke his gps

  • they should make a gps like a HUD so i can play need for speed when i drive

  • Ive had 5 tickets in 5 months ..I no longer have any respect for cops and consider them as highly paid tax officers.

My answer now... I try not to drive and when i do i try to take back roads and when i cant do that i drive 10k below the speed limit , I also now complain about every pothole and im still trying to think of ways to get value for money from my speeding fines.

  • "Its saying im going 30 but Im actually going 60....they're innacurate in realtime..." Why is he so nervous? Wouldnt it show in the gps data that he did exceed the limit? Would a court NOT cancel a fine if they had seen he hit 120kph at any time? Why did the news woman say "The court said the canelled fine was a mistake..."? Thats a totally perverted statement of the fact. If a police radar kept track of speeds like that gps did (saving the data) they wouldnt be as "accurate"

  • So much for innocent until proven guilty. Now we have to prove innocents, and hope they're "gracious" enough to drop the bogus charges.

  • @dismalgrrl A radar gun is proof r-tard.

  • @dismalgrrl I hate to break it to you, but the radar reading is the proof you were speeding. You have to prove yourself innocent because they already have proof showing that you were speeding.

  • you see the windiows in his car? he must clean them with a buttered roll

  • EVEN DOWN UNDER - POLICE ARE SHADY !!

  • sorry but gps dosent beat tickets radar is more accurate

  • @ericd334 GPS is satellite tracked, radar is infared lasers that rebound off of an object. GPS is FAR more accurate.

  • @ImportLegends16 - No, lidar uses lasers, radar uses microwaves, but the principle is the same. And GPS only gives you an average speed based on time taken point-to-point, whereas lasers and radar can give real-time momentary speed readings.

  • "Michael spent THOUSANDS of dollars fighting a 230 dollar speeding ticket".. Brilliant, fucking moron.

  • @Xternol - hey, it's his money, and if he wants to spend it keeping his driving record clean - the police count on you not to go to court and spend more than your fine on defending yourself.

  • yes, don't speed and put other peoples children at risk and don't be so damned arrogant as to put other peoples lives in danger just because you are too stupid to take notice of world statistics that are so well proven and omnipresent that you would have to be a total idiot not to understand the consequences of driving above safe limits (ah that feels better)

  • Theirs an app for that

  • yes because i calibrate my speedometer regularly

  • It's "dead accurate" ..........all radar guns are off by a few kph/mph (1-3)

    Nothing is dead accurate!!

  • it is "dead accurate"....all gps are off by few kph/mph (1-3)

  • Most excellent Asian lady **busizz4me.info**

  • HACKER /!!!!@@@!!!! LOL GET OFF SPEEDING FINES WITH A EDITED GPS LOOOL NOOOBSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

  • Thousands of dollars? A laptop or cell phone can do it.

  • wow you people are so stupid, paying thosands of dollars for a 238 dollar speeding ticket, are you INSANE, pay the f**** ticket and be on your merry way, dont screw around in court spending thousands are you moronic

  • @godfather200185 take into consideration how much he would pay in the long run on raised insurance rates it would almost be the same amount

  • typical ACA bullshit - once again running a story without finding out any information what so ever!

GPS for in car used is shit - uses range measurements which are only accurate to 10's of meters - doesn't use any phase measurements which is where the accuracy come from in gps.

"its dead accurate" your a fucking idiot

  • They should make a gps that tells where cops are hiding on the road.

    THumbs up if you agree.

  • @HomeWreckerA1

thats called a radar theyve had them for 20 years

  • @HomeWreckerA1 They already have applications for that ;]

  • @HomeWreckerA1

    Like a RADAR DETECTOR?

  • @theWBT Yes but they don't actually tell whrer the cops ar ehiding they just show cop hot spots

  • @HomeWreckerA1

    There's an APP for that!

  • @HomeWreckerA1 in case you didnt know those device exist!!!!lol

  • @HomeWreckerA1 the company that designs this will make millions!

  • @HomeWreckerA1 they actually do, it's called Trapster. If you have a smartphone you can download it for free. If you have a tom tom or a garmin you can supposedly download Trapster on there as well.

  • @HomeWreckerA1 - well if that is the case, why not just make a real time possition device on every cop car and track them 24/7 real time. because that would hurt the chances of catching criminals in a huge selection of crimes. just use radar detectors and jammers. and try not to go past 10-20mph over. unless your driving a porsche - lamborghini - ferrari etc. lol

  • @HomeWreckerA1 they already make them, my friend has one

  • @HomeWreckerA1 Check out trapster.com--it's a gps based serviced that tells you where the traps are.

  • @HomeWreckerA1 Or you should just follow the laws.

  • @jtheisen22 - Or you should get the laws changed when they're unnecessarily conservative.

  • @HomeWreckerA1 Magellian gps has an app where people upload comon speed trap areas for cops and vote on them "yes cops sit here/ no cops do not sit here" and a red dot shows up on your gps when your in an area (but it costs money :(

  • @HomeWreckerA1 Magellian gps has an app where people upload comon speed trap areas for cops and vote on them "yes cops sit here/ no cops do not sit here" and a red dot shows up on your gps when your in an area but it costs money :(

  • @HomeWreckerA1 they have a thing called trapster in the usa for iphones

  • @HomeWreckerA1 Just like truckers used to do with the CB radio, reporting where the police are lurking and waiting for speeders...

If me and you. both have garmin GPS's and we are 6 miles(Or KM for you Euro fags :D) apart...if i see an officer speed trapping...i should be able to press a button that will mark that spot on every garmin gps within 10 miles as a confirmed speedtrap, which would alert everyone driving down that highway/road/tollroad ect.

  • @MikeW259 Ummm there are android apps for this. I'm not saying the app name here because the law will target it and shut it down. If you aren't using an app for this or you have an IPhone...well then sucks to be you

  • @HomeWreckerA1 ... Look up Dual Laser Jammer (Or even Quad laser jammer). It simply blocks them from clocking you while chirping in the passenger compartment. You simply slow down and flip a switch to turn the jammer off so as they are trying to clock you. Basically they have to hit a surface that isn't reflective on the car. The jammer spits out multiple false beams blocking the gun from reading your speed. Great for getting away with 10 over (hard to judge from head on perspective).

  • @HomeWreckerA1 their is one lol.

  • @HomeWreckerA1 or just obey the law. cheaper.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Shut up faggot.

  • @NebunLaCap I'm a faggot and I should shut up because I support following the law? That really doesn't make sense.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Yeah. Actually it does.

  • @NebunLaCap No. It actually doesn't. Hope you die in jail bitch.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Yes. It actually does. Hope you die in jail bitch.

  • @NebunLaCap I won't because I've never broken the law, never will.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Yeah you did thats not possible. You have probably unknowingly violated an ordinance or obscure law before.

  • @oppisiteofafredfan lol man there are so many laws the cops don't even know or understand that you most likely have broken the law before on some dumb law that makes no sense and is so backwards no one can understand it though thats not a bad thing its just a stuiped law

  • @oppisiteofafredfan Or you can beat the speeding camera by going over 170mph ;)

  • @HomeWreckerA1 lol u think it's that simple... but there's has to be a sender and a receiver. u think cops want to be seen?

  • @HomeWreckerA1 It could be done. You have to be able to triangulate their position using their in car computer wifi signal. its a very specific signal. you don't have to crack their wifi, just be able to Identify it. you can get at least a direction without triangulating. Suck it blue!

  • @HomeWreckerA1, they actually make that already.

  • the other day I was doing 150mph in a 60 and the cop said I was doing 200 should I fight this?

  • @DarkHour404

you werent doing 150. you probably arent even old enough to drive

  • @chipleader14 it was a joke, calm down.

  • @DarkHour404 haha whats the difference between 150 and 200mph? its still over the speed limit

  • @c1rca121 i beliove it is kpm

  • iv got a plan stick that cunt of a copper in jail wiv a load of violent prisoners who can beat his fukin ass im sik of cops chasing soft targets the cop was just an ass hole what a suprise

  • If the Police spell your name wrong when writing your ticket, can you get off an the technicality. (Ben Cousins got drug charges dropped due to a trivial error in procedure by the police - course he had a QC lawyer on his side otherwise he probly would never have known his rights) - so anyway I was wondering if a spelling error constitutes grounds for dismissal? Any lawyers out there reading this who want to stand up for civil rights, let me know!

  • the Technology idiot is an idiot, its impossible to decelerate a lot in less a second

  • you can screw with how fast the gps sais you are going as well . If i knew it would work every time i would even tinker with it .

  • The technology expert is wrong. As long as the GPS unit is working properly, it is the most accurate speed indicator you can get.

  • Omg. Reading some of this comments let's me know why we are in the situation we are. What is a ticket/ infraction? It is a TAX. No ifs or buts. A tax for travel/driving under whatever excuse. Traffic courts are not legal! It is a scam! Traffic tickets are all illegal no matter what the "violation" is. It is not law. Traffic courts are not courts of law. They are a place of business. A cop is not a witness.

  • In my country the cop has to show you the speed clocked on his radar. He can't just say -your speeding this many kilometars and that's it.

  • my tomtom one is fucking dead on the only thing is that it isnt always updated for the restricted speed in new work zones but hell they are always posted id submit my gps data in court why not they will do everything possible to screw us why not fight back?

  • I have that same Mio GPS at 2:11 hahaha

Wait.. why would that guy pay $1000 to fight a $200 ticket? That's smart...

  • The lesson learned: confiscate the GPS, or throw the guy in jail so he can't run home and download GPS data. Then search the home and steal the USB cable.

  • I did the same thing. I had a 97 Ranger with larger-than-stock tires, so the speedometer was a little off. My GPS unit was more accurate, and mine updates far faster than the one used in the story. Mine updates 2x per second. I proved in court that i was going 76 in a 75 and not 86, as the radar that may not have even gotten me indicated. There was a motorcycle pulling up behind me that didn't see the cop and it flew right by me. The whole thing was dropped.

  • i'd like to bang that reporter

  • Comment removed

  • the "professional" is full of shit, there is no way he went 120 and slowed down quick enough for the gps to not update

  • It's Australia you dumbfucks!!!!

  • Wouldn't hold up in an American traffic court (prosecution could allege tampering/altering with data feed, device not calibrated properly, etc etc) but good on him for proving his innocence.

  • "technology expert"

    this show is TRASH

  • just take your damn punishment you dumb fucking non-American, oh wait, every non-American is a dumb mother fucking piece of WORTHLESS shit!!

  • wow fuck you why would he want a 100 dollar speeding ticket if he new he didnt do anything you are such a cry baby fag

  • Anyone outside of America reading his comment, please ignore him. Not all Americans are as dumb as he is.

  • Jesus Christ, this.

  • @knfjdkghjudfhsgkjdhf swearing is just a weak mind trying to express its self

  • @ knfjdkghjudfhsgkjdhf

You are dumb in so many ways here. This aint even America, cuz they drive on the left side. It's probably England.

  • spead up and slowed down fast enough to trick the gps...with a fuckin truck like that? not even the most skilled F-1 racer could pull that shit off without leavin tire marks or losing control, fuckin tight ass moron

  • Its possible he acclerated and then deaccelerated fast enought WTF you dubass did you see his truck I doubt he can even do 121mph stupid fuck

  • @armaniDrums1 . 121 kph this is another country. I think its 75 mph, but I'm not sure.

  • i agree his truck could not go 100 it would of fell apart on the highway

  • what type of GPS do i use?? or is it just any GPS???

  • A reality everyone seems to miss in these sales videos, is the fact that the Revenue Collectors (Cops) consistently lie and are abetted in lying by the judges, who are also revenue collectors. So, the truth becomes arbitrary. You have to remember police are in their own universe and culture, with the law on their side. Do you honestly think they give a squat about revenue payers? Police are conditioned to accept only their own reality. That's how they sleep. But, scary humans nonetheless.

  • Car speedos are off an average of 2-3 mph. This is so your warranty, which is based on mileage, will expire sooner. My new Passport 9500ix blows the 8500 away. I routinely get a mile EASILY with KA band in traffic and around hills and turns. It takes so long to reach the radar you think it is picking up nonsense. Not to mention the Speed and Redlight cameras it notifies me of

  • in Canada where I live, getting caught with a speed radar whatever it is, tells you when your getting lasered, if you slam your breaks, it hits the lights in the back, making it obvious you know about the laser and get a 500$ fine xD, so my dad says dont break, just decellerate

  • GPS's are great for getting out of speeding tickets, my dad got pulled over for speeding... and showed the copper the gps and the copper just walked off and said have a nice day.. stupid coppers

  • this is old, my gps updates every 1.5 seconds and is accurate to .1 mph... the car spedo is totally non reliable if you have non-original tires on your car, a few inches diamater bigger wheel will give LARGELY skewed data.

  • so true. I've checked my GPS with "speedcheckers" on the road (if you know what it is).

My speedo says 92 then my speed is 80 according to the radar. My GPS said 79, then popped up to 80 one sec later.

  • GPS as the traffic TomTom and Garmin in the $200-$700, are not the same as the Garmin tracking unit used here.

Trackers always take you back the same way on land or water. Traffic types do not. The route can change at will.

Trackers are nice, but don't have the 3D displays and speak out of turns. I use both types for 6 years.

My $400 Passport 8500 radar detector for over 6 years, still made today, best there is.

I always know, up to a min of 1/2 mile in advance.

    Laser? Game Over, Now.

  • I had always thought my country's Court judges are kangaroos and the Police jackasses until I watched this video!

  • They should outlaw speeding... tickets.

  • for shizzle- but it is nice for people not to be driving 200km/h in my school parking lot

  • If they can get that fast in a parking lot I think they deserve an award. You would need more space than what is available to get that fast. Unless you meant in a school zone? That wouldn't limit the space you have and you get squeeze school in there like your doing it for the children. But I was refering to the open road on a highway and you won't find many school zone located next to them. Are you for shizzle my rhino pizzle?

  • LMAO!

  • @hdl13 Well depending on where you're from it's in constitutional law that you cannot receive some sort of fine without having hurt someone. Speeding doesn't inadvertently cause anyone harm, it's only when someone is harmed while in the act of speeding. Also, in some constitutions it is written that travel is a basic fundamental right and that unless you are driving for commerce (taxi, hauling freight, etc) you are not actually obligated to obtain a driver's license or registration.

  • @Cstrife234 Furthermore, you cannot be fined for an infraction that does not harm someone.

  • @hdl13 So that people can speed, causing more accidents and killing people? Nice.

  • @zero18000 Yes, everyone should walk and that way no one will die ever. Nice and not smart.

  • @TheHortond I never said anything about walking, dumbass. Simply don't speed, and you'll dramatically reduce the amount of accidents and death. It IS possible to drive without speeding you know....though they let just about every retard out there drive, so I shouldn't be surprised you don't realize this.

Think before you post next time.

  • @zero18000 If they are moving in a car at any speed the vehicle becomes deadly. You should think before you post dumbass.

  • @TheHortond You clearly didn't read my post. I said it will REDUCE accidents and death rates, I didn't say it ELIMINATES them. Why don't you, you know, think and read before your next reply, so you don't look like an idiot again? I'll say it one more time so you don't miss it:Reducing your speed will REDUCE accident and death rates. It won't eliminate it-but reducing deaths is always a good thing, hence why you shouldn't speed. Now remember, think about your next comment BEFORE you post it.

  • @zero18000 Oh well if it reduces deaths by a abitrary number I guess it makes all the difference in the world. I think going slower when prudent is better than letting cops go ape crazy writing tickets. You may not believe me now but I will keep supporting the short bus so one day you will.

  • @TheHortond It's called common sense. Moving slower=more reaction time, given the same distance, not to mention less stopping distance. Also, if you actually read up on the subject, and look at statistics, areas with speeding problems have higher crash and death rates than those without speeding problems. I'm done replying to you-you don't think your posts through, and arguing on Youtube is in itself pretty stupid, so I'm not gonna reply anymore.

  • @zero18000 Sucks to be you!!!

  • @hdl13 They make wayyyyyyyy to much money off them . If they were to outlaw speeding fines , that would be the right thing to do , this is the ussr we cant have that type of thing now can we

  • @hdl13 im sure that all the kids out there who have lost there parents to some speeding teen wouldnt agree with you

  • great video

  • average speed is not the same as instantaneous speed, apply some common sense.

  • Why would someone speed up to go over the speed limit just to slow down before the 10 second mark just to do it again? It makes no sense. I think the video was taking speed measurements every 10 seconds of the current speed then logging it. There was no average speed made. I will have to watch it again to be sure but I think the judge was right in dismissing the case. They will have to find some other way of milking the public without this guy as a mark.

  • Dumb ass police most need to be shot......crooked ass mother fuckers

  • ausome fuck the police they fucked me for running a red light I NEVER RAN!.

  • Love it when they do get shot..........hit caught being crooked ass mother fuckers

  • yes, pigs do lie to meet their quota of tickets. We the people need something like gps to show ACTUAL speed so you cant be cheated, profiled, or just plain screwed.. If you are speeding then take the knock... but fuck the pigs who lie to give tickets.. dont get me wrong there are good COPS out there who DON'T lie, cheat, or screw you.. Just not enough of the good ones and WAY too many bad..

  • U and I have the exact same thinking !!

  • there is an automotive version of the black box used in aircraft.. it shows max speed, average speed, actual speed, where you have been, and even things like engine rpm.. i don't remember the name of it but parents can use it to track teens when they are starting out driving. Perhaps something like this would help a lot of people out of speeding and failure-to-stop tickets.

  • Then the police need to prove with black box data that you were actually speeding, and it's not just a trumped up charge.

  • then fit a "black box" speedometer recorder

  • LOL so I wonder if the radar gun is fixed to give higher readings or the cop just flat out lied? Either way F**K THE POLICE!

  • Funny how the main media doesn't tell you the truth about any traffic tickets. You don't have to pay any of them because legally, you've already paid them, and the ticket is a double charge. If you pay it, you've paid twice. See, "Freeman on the land".

  • Can you elaborate on that?

How do you pay for something you never got, and when you do get it and pay for it, how does that mean you payed for it twice?

Apply some logic to that prior to stating it, lol.

  • thats very kool an they even tried to nail him for two tickets! those fukers how much would a gps like that cost? that saves data log

  • Whad'ya expect from THE police state (damn Mexicans...lol)Obviously the 10% speedometer rule means nothing down there. As for HAM , you shoulda keyed up on 2metres - used to give 'em hell. They thought they were being jammed. Most cops are good ppl , but not real tech savvy............

  • As an Amateur Radio Operator I am a bit of a tecnogeek I spose and have used APRS Automatic Position Reporting System along with a data logger for a number of years.

Also as a PRIMARY user to some of the Radar bands employed by the Police and they have to put up with any interference I generate in the pursuance of my hobby. (Not That I have or Do) If you speed you WILL get done eventually but as in this case there can be errors introduced, NO Technology is 100% accurate nor infallible.

  • APRS didn't help me. I got pulled over for alledgedly going 71 in a 50. I knew the cop was lying when he refused to show me his radar gun display. He told me he'd already cleared it. That alone whould have warranted dismissal, but no...

When I got home, I pulled up my APRS data on find-u, and saw I had beaconed less than 500 feet before I passed the cop. APRS said 57.

The judge basically told me that the city needed the money anyway, and he didn't really care what evidence I had. $140.00

  • What state do you live in ,Im not coming there.

  • Oregon. This happened roughly 1 mile from my home.

  • W7ENK..

The judge didn't take your side because your APRS data said you were doing 57.. which is 7 above the speed limit anyway. You confirmed that you were breaking the law.

  • The discrepancy between 57 and 71 should have been enough to get the officer's claim thrown out - 7 over is not a class C violation, which is what I was charged with. At the very least, it should have been reduced to a Class D violation, which carries a fine of 1/2 that of a Class C violation.

Because I was able to show that the officer had lied under oath in court, he should have been charged with perjury, but apparently that doesn't apply to law enforcement officers in this state.

  • the way we are hounded by Facists WHILE WE DRIVE IS A TERIBLE EXXPERIENCE FOR MILLIONS OF PEOLE. iS IT ANY WONDER THE POLICE ARE HATED SO MUCH AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TAX COLLECTGORES FOR THE GOVERNMENT through a false flag of speeding.

As no one is in danger in all the speeding, ALLEGATIONS ON CANRA OR RADAR.Speeding should only be prosecuted when evidence of speeding causes injury. these police are making hell on earth for most drivers these days.

  • Tax collectors indeed! CRUCIFY THEM! CRUCIFY THEM!

  • I did exactly this, but won in court. I used a recorder, GPS and camera. Worked like a charm.

See the actual video I used in court: s5se8n5XSuY
