@Raycheetah True, very curious. I would like to see the strings attached to that money. I cannot imagine that money being put to as good a use as it would with a private school or two. If he's a local from Newark, perhaps he has his eyes on a Senate seat.

If Christie and Booker can pull this off, it will really show that whatever change they implement works and will be a symbol for the rest of the country to move forward in the same direction.
