@seanymo he was under fire, but at that range, accurate fire is nigh on impossible, the rounds were slamming the area they were in, all around them, the GPMG gunner, was unlucky enough to take a shot, which ricohchetted off the ground into his face, and tore across his upper lip. he was ofc, incredibly lucky it didnt blow through his skull, and deflected at a less-than-lethal angle. he is based in colchester, and is one of many british soldiers to survive potentialy very serious injuries.
