The shark meet is selled after processed properly,and also a raw materials of "Kamaboko".

Fin is a very exclusive raw material at chinese cook. From the liver,liver oil could gathered.

The gristle is used for supplement.

We don`t overfish them but when the sharks become too much obstacle to fishery,fisherman helplessly have to catch them and kill.(not so lot as a China.Japanese fisherman keep to the regulations of fishery)
