  • I really don't think she needs the triple axel, but the 3-3: with this beautiful 2A and the loop a triple flip-triple loop combo would be perfect!

  • @GioMariatex97 A second 3Lo will likely to get "UR". 3+3Lo is a combination only skaters who can not do 3+3T (like Asada and Ando) would do. Many male skaters can actually do 3+3Lo but don't do in a competition because it's not a wise choice.

  • mao mother ...passed away.

our thought are with mao & family.

    お母様のご冥福を心よりお祈り申し上げます。

  • 2011/12/09 canada

her mother is ill & she has flown back to japan to be with her.

    お母様と真央選手が心配です。

  • Brilliant skate for Mao! And finally a level 4 for the footwork! Yay!

  • No its not the first time : Carolina Kostner got level 4 in the footwork at some competitions last year and this year ;)

  • Finally! Thank you! Mao's footwork was worth level 4 since almost forever. Isn't it the first time for a woman?

  • @brzydallo she was the first to get a level 4 in 2007 SP Counter Match USA vs Japan... 1.30 GEO is amazing....

  • @lilymaoas Yes, I remembered that but I thought it doesn't count as an "official competition"

  • Footwork level 4 !!! Good Job Mao ;)
