Thanks! This is one of my favorite places in the world (Vancouver Island); it has such a mystical quality - no pun intended. :)
Those are small fishing boats returning to port after going for salmon off shore. This was filmed in August when the salmon run is still on. Many people come to Port Renfrew just for the fishing. The little jog that they do is at the mouth of the Gordon River shortly before the marina, and right by the trailhead for the West Coast Trail.
Thanks. The weather on the west coast is so different than here on the prairies. It's so close to the ground in general, and the trees seem to affect the clouds alot too.
this is so peaceful, we are certainly blessed to live in this amazingly beautiful province!

This time lapse was shot on the deck of a yurt at Soule Creek Lodge. I get to look at that changing view everyday. We are blessed. Thnx, great!!

Thanks! That's exactly where it was filmed. It's from the yurt closest to the approach road. I just set up the camera on the railing of the deck.

Excellent scenes with very good atmosphere. I particularly like from 1:25. Are they boats you can see moving along the water near the trees?

Very very cool to watch how the water and land affected the clouds.
