  • i am currently 16 and i weigh 150. ive been trying to get y max up of 185 for the longest time. im a skinny kid lol but im gunna try this routine to try and get it up thanks for the vid

  • I'm sure if you work hard you will make great gains.

  • also try power lifting like bench 8 sets of 3 reps with 50% to 70% 1 rep max

  • You did well. Maybe too many working sets before attempting the 315's. You should be good for 5 reps.

    225-12

    275-7

    315-4 with easy, I had no spotter so I did not go for 5

    And just for the fun of it I got 325 for one rep
