I was training for an NFL combine but I think that dream is about over. I'm thinking about going into power lifting.

i am currently 16 and i weigh 150. ive been trying to get y max up of 185 for the longest time. im a skinny kid lol but im gunna try this routine to try and get it up thanks for the vid

I'm sure if you work hard you will make great gains.
also try power lifting like bench 8 sets of 3 reps with 50% to 70% 1 rep max

You did well. Maybe too many working sets before attempting the 315's. You should be good for 5 reps.

Thanks, Your right too many working sets. on Monday 5-18-09 about two weeks after this video. I did
225-12
275-7
315-4 with easy, I had no spotter so I did not go for 5
And just for the fun of it I got 325 for one rep
