the first photo of the dozer happen afew years ago and it happend when the driver Bernie Robson (now retired) was traveling the dozer out of the way so they could blast the face but they blasted it while he was on it,causing the dozer to going down with the face.

In the end Bernie had to drive the dozer all the way down the face to the bottom.
