HOckey the greatest sport in the world and this was the best game i have every seen even though my team lost yes i am american. I hope this inspires kids from both country to play the sport but i hope a little more in america cause we need more kids to start playing here and i cant wait til the USA AND Canada play in the gold medel game again.
P.S. So excited to see Winnipeg have a team again definetlly watching there home opener its gonna be sick

The Canadiens are all proud of themselves...HA HA That Canadien team was star stacked top to bottom and barely beast the United States....BARELY!!!! Most of our team were very young forwards and checking line guys and we still took you to overtime and almost beat you. It may Canada's game right now but the U.S. is catching up.

Though I'm a Team Canada fan (american and ashamed, Go Canada Go!), Miller was amazing in this whole tournament. Made himself a household name. too bad he was in net when the US lost. If it was Thomas or Quick I wouldn't have that sympathy :P

@drdanglez91 Thats a bit rough mate. The US have nearly 10 times more people to draw their talent from, plus the climate in Canada doesn't make for the most ideal conditions to be out swimming, running, playing tennis etc. you know, sports the American traditionally excel at
They might not feature too prominently in the Summer Olympics, but I believe they topped the medal tally at the last Winter Olympics, which means they won a lot more than just the hockey

USA played their fuckin hearts out, Canada had more talent and the whole world thought they were going to win. The USA showed up to play and outplayed them but Canada's talent prevailed. Overall, USA had a better overall performance but Canada just had all of the momentum in overtime
