Cool video. I like Tai Lung. I don't think he's evil, just lost and misguided. Plus, he has been incarcerated for 20 yrs, so that rage and need for revenge had festered.
Revenge causes dark changes in people, and causes them to behave in ways they normally wouldn't.
As seen in flashbacks, Tai Lung was very good. And he isn't heartless. He looked ready to cry when Shifu apologized to him.

No wonder TL was angry. then TL had 20 years in jail to build up rage and hate, and broke free and all he wanted was revenge. thats not necessarily evil.

I don't think so. Shifu made him what he became really.
Shifu isn't a villain, but Tai's really more of a victim if anything. And would have probably been fine if someone else had raised him.
If Tai was EVIL he'd have killed the five after disabling them. What would have stopped him from shoveling them into the ravine? He also wouldn't have bothered talking to Shifu in the beginning only for SHIFU to make it clear they had to fight.
Tai was hot tempered, but not really EVIL I think.
I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this vid. There were a few parts where I thought the images/scenes didn't quite fit the music, but they were few and didn't detract from the overall enjoyment.

Kung Fu Panda has to be the best 3D animation movie of all time. Funny as hell, meaningful, wonderful plot, great characters, at least a semblance of historical accuracy, and of course, some majorly kickass action scenes!!! ^.^
