  • i love this song, this album, i love Andy

  • This song equals anything by the Police.Andy had something to say with his music after the Police and good for us,eh? ; ) I come back to this song once a month at least!

PS:Listen to that bassist, that guy holds his ground! He just pumps that bass forever! Now that is someone you want in your band ^ ^

  • I bought this album not too long ago. Instantly fell in love with it.

  • I have the XYZ CD! I have to say I think this is a really great album, there are some questionable vocals by Andy but the quality of the songs is pretty good and have to agree with majority here, this album is overall great and one of my favourites at the time. Shame Andy Summers never did anything else like this at the time.

  • I've had this CD since it came out. Andy may not be a great singer, but his music and songwriting on several of these songs is outstanding... they stand up and are equal to many Sting-written Police songs.

It's really a shame Sting had his head up his ass---- and they were never Policified like Sting's songs. They would now be Police standards.

During the reunion tour I'd hoped the Police would record one last album of new music. At least a couple of these songs could have made it.

  • Seems like this album was all the stuff andy had left over from his Police days that sting didn't want on the albums. Interesting album but im glad he went towards more instrumental stuff later on

  • I bought this album on tape when it came out and I was expecting a Police sound at first, I wasn't sure if I liked it but it grew on me and became one of my fave albums at the time. I lost the tape some years ago and looked for it on CD but it sells for silly money so I bought it on vinyl and ripped it onto the comp. Vinyl sounds better than CD anyway.

  • There were songs on XYZ that I would have love to have heard Sting do the vocals for... this being one of them. Years ago, I was given a tape of a tape of a tape of XYZ. Can't play it anymore. Thanks ffrangcon for uploading this.

  • Very nice. Love his dreamy guitar work.

  • Cant find this anywhere :/

  • sting did great job bringing the the police up to front - but the real great job was done by andy and stew.

  • Andy may not have the greatest voice but I think he did pretty good with his vocals on this track.

  • I still spin this album alot........better than anything Sting ever did.

  • @peters9nine ...Not true. I say so because Andy always helped Sting with THEIR music. It was never STINGS music.
