  • Will it play VOB files? That is, movies that have been ripped but not converted?

  • Hate the menu

  • someone knows if this is better than The WD Tv Live Hub?

  • @MrHDfan I would say it is- mostly due to the fact that it has a few things that Western Digital doesn't. The most obvious being Crackle, a channel devoted entirely to the shows and films made by Sony Pictures and Sony Television.

  • Got it. Love it. Hulu has a buffer issue, but I didn't get it for that.

  • Hi Guys, Can we post a brief video to yours please? We can help any members of the public with this device, we are a Sony Centre!

  • Does this work with PlayOn?

  • So,can anybody tell me what is the purpose of this device but not to steal your money????? What, there is maybe no way to connect your pc to a lcd or led via hdmi or dvi and watch hd movies,or music videos or pictures??? the devices of that kind are hilarious !!!!

  • compusa.com and Amazon are selling this item.

  • Why the usb on the front???, that looks ugly when it stands under a TV with the wire of flash drive in the view.

  • Will this player play DVD or Blu-ray ISO files that has chapter or scene selections or it jump straight to the video and bypass the menu?

    Thanks

  • @karalaok No, but it does support Divx and MKV. files. which is rare in itself.

  • It's available 9/13/10 for $129USD, you can order it from sonystyledotcom or one of their retail stores.
