" Hello Northumbrian water how can we help you" Yes there's a burst water main outside my street and it is rapidly flooding the drains and it's starting to go near houses. I'll class it as urgent for you sir and someone will be out in the next 48 hours. I made that up but thats what they would do. But I actually do have a leaking water main outside my house. lol.

@MsSla12345 It seems that a valve further up the road was stuck, so they had to dig the road 100 further up the hill to cut the supply
