@ukgreaterlondon 1st. Do you know what atheist means? It means you do not believe in ANY god or goddess. So by saying you are atheist means you do not even believe in greek religion. :)

2nd. You do not need a space in between words and periods. (pay attention in class, elementary schooler.)

3rd. The 'g' in Greek should be capitalized, the 'b' in Bible should be capitalized, and the 't' in Torah should also be capitalized.

Actually the crux of the ancient Greek religion was monotheistic but that was only understood by the clergy and those who were initiated in the ancient Greek mysteries and not by the simple people!

He was the first person to use the word "geography" & invented the discipline of geography as we understand it.

He was the first person to calculate the circumference of the earth by using a measuring system using stades, or the length of stadiums during that time period. Actually Greek mythology was codified history and science that could be interpreted only by the few who were initiated in the ancient Greek mysteries and it was not as the one narrator says a way t explain the inexplicable. One example on that, ancient Greeks knew thousands if years ago that the earth was a sphere and that is why in mythology, they depicted Atlas holding a sphere on his shoulders but these are only for the few who are delved into the ancient Greek religion and mysteries.
