Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski was one of the most corrupt Philadelphia cops in the history of the department. Considering that Philadelphia has the most corrupt police force in the history of the United States that's saying a lot. The world is better off without Sergeant Stephen Liczbinski, he contributed nothing and only took. I wouldn't be surprised if Sergeant Liczbinski beat his wife and family like a pinata. He was a sad, violent little man.
Sgt. Liczbinski is burning in hell right now.

@phillyguy672 Ill translate,said officer was able to succesfully subdue him.Hes getting made fun of for it..So now hes lashing out at her sexually..So now is he not only a pussy hes probably going to do a certain amount of jail cause of her..I like our cops,i dont buy there all corrupt..But i have no idea why kensington is rewarded with xtra cops.When my sorrounding district has has robberies,an car break ins skyrocket since they needed babysitting..Trash has to go somewhere,lets keep it kenzo.

I live in Cleveland,Ohio and have family that serve as Police Officers, One of them being my dad and my fear is getting that dreaded knock on the door and have the chaplin standing at my door. Just recently back in March I believe we lost Two Cops in one weekend One while chasing a shoplifting AND Assault on a P.O suspect and the other was responding to some psycho busting out a neighbors window. God Bless you Officers for all you do

Amazing video. My husband is a Philadelphia Police Officer. I worry every night that he won't come home in the morning because of some idiot that doesn't value human life and bravery. People who laugh when an officer is killed should be ignored when they call for help, disgusting criminals!
