The tenor solo was Ira Shulman NOT Sam Falzone. A young Tom Scott played alto sax.

Live At Monterey. Tenor sax solo by Sam Falzone. This was an big early concert for Ellis' orchestra. Jimmy Lyons still emceed. Still have the album all these decades later- the most innovative jazz orchestra ever. Thanks for posting- the younger folks should hear this pioneering work!
