I was there at Monterey in 1966, and it was an amazing performance. Also saw John Handy's incredible quintet there that year

The tenor solo was Ira Shulman NOT Sam Falzone. A young Tom Scott played alto sax.

It was NOT Sam Falzone. It was Ira Shulman on tenor. A young Tom Scott played alto sax on this album.

Many artists have played in odd time signatures. The difference is this GROOVES in 19/8. Not a small detail. BTW I'm 28.
