Hi Em

I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 7 (just upgraded to this). Basically you take half a million photographs moving the object just a little each time - I moved them too much sometime - I think you are aiming at about 3 pictures per second. But, what is great is that you can then take the pics into the software all at the same time and tell the software how many pictures per second you want, which makes it very easy. I have tried it before and had to manually change every picture. :o
