  • if you color it blue you could be megamind!

  • how do u take it off

  • How'd you made it?

  • j' aimerais trouver un partenaire pour me cloitrer la dedans me donner des coups sur la tete et me donner a manger par un tuyau 3 jours la dedans ca doit etre super

va sur mon profil pour prendre mon adresse mail pour contact

  • Id love to have one and be in there a long time.

  • wow, wie lange hast du es in diesem ballhood ausgehalten?

ich stelle mir dieses tragefeeling es heiss vor.

  • needs googley eyes. . .

  • love the hood..looks great..could u make me one? lol prb not but still looks great

  • very nicer for self-made!

  • love your hood. It looks pretty nice for a self made.

It must be great to be in there for a long time.

  • what does it feel like, having such a thing on your head?

does it push against your head?

    how do you breathe?

  • Warm but not all too tight since it is only 0.25mm latex.

There is a piec eof gas mask tube running through it so I can breath easily.

    Great fun!

  • Can somebody explain the point??

  • solch ein teil wäre mein traum, ist mir leider nur zu teuer.

  • Punching Bag :D

  • No thank you

  • whoa how big can u get that before it pops i'd like to c u inflat one of those from begining to breaking point without popping it can u try that?

  • Ha ha nice try!

How can I find out without popping it?

  • all u have to do is inflat it as it gets bigger and bigger push in on it the tighter it gets then u know how much more it is to the breaking point i've tested with beach balls to latex so i have a good time finding the breaking point in them

  • Your ballhood could come in handy if you fell off a boat.

  • yes! Fully fetishised!! Anteros

  • Yes indeed!

  • kinda scary... but can you see through that..?

  • Why scary?

Nope, it is pretty dark in there ;-)

  • is it double sided?

  • Yes indeed. The outer skin is from six panels that give the nice ball shape.

The inner hood is a very basic shape made from two panels.

When inflated the inner hood gives a nice pressure on your head.

  • nice. I have a Studiogum double sided inflatable hood, and it feels great. The problem is that i can't inflate it too big, because the pressure inside is just too high to endure. About 200 pumps and you cant even open your mouth to suck air :]

  • Would love to have a Studio gum mask but for the moment I cannot afford one...

I can only imagine how these thick masks would feel!

  • Comment removed

  • I hope you enjoy being in there. I'll have to get one sometime... It looks like a great experience. Is it fully-inflated?

  • Yes it is fuly inflated, as seen by the nice uniform round shape.

BUt since it stretches... when is it FULLY inflated??? I am curious how big I could pump it but I don't want to burst it tough...

  • looks like you are drooling ;)

  • Oops... I hadn't noticed ;-)

  • That's ok, I'd be drooling too if I did something just as enjoyable!

  • Is this a fetish?

Funny, I'm taking a psychology class on fetishes, and you get a fetish from masturbating while looking a certain object.

I'm not willing to wear those suits, but I am curious.

Could you describe what kind of pleasure you get from this?

  • Yes

Please tell your psychology teacher to ditch his 1930's textbook. That must be the most narrow minded explanation / definition of fetish I have ever seen.

Tight latex feels like a 2nd skin and you get nice and hot inside. In full enclosure you "escape" from the outside world and come into a different state of mind.

You should definately try wearing latex, there is a big chance that you will understand.

Or read up on some fetish forums if you want to understand better

  • There are two options here;

either I try to tell you how they feel and what they do and fail miserably in getting the point across...

    OR

you buy one, even the most basic pull on mask will do..., and you will fully understand the beauty of latex masking...

  • You are making me so fucking horny right now. My body feels like it's going to explode.

  • Glad you liked it!

Not quite the comment I expected from someone with such a 'nilla channel though ;-)

To answer your other question: latex ballhoods are being sold as of appproximately 150 GBP. The original design is by Slinkyskin. Mine is self-made and although the quality is no where near that of a real latex supplier it works just fine for me.

  • Well... you know how it goes. If people knew that I were into this kind of stuff, they would think that I was fucking weird.

  • noone has to know :]

  • so, one question about the hoods. what do they do?

  • hi there, your hood is really great - great in shape when blown up and great in everything. i like the vid. really impressive, that you made the hood yourself.

  • SELF MADE

    congratulations!!

    -hero

  • Which glue product to you use?

  • U made this hood Ureself!?!WOW!!How did U do that!?!

  • In short:

you cut six eleptical panels, a circular panel and two "hood"-panels.

glue the two hood panels together to make the inner hood

glue the six eliptical panels together and add the circular piece on top to close it off.

now this is the outer hood

Glue a breathing tube into the inner hood

place the innerhood into the outer hood

Glue the other end of the breathing to the outer hood.

Glue the bottom edges of the inner and outer hood together.

    And there you have it!

  • Thanks! U make it sound so simple!I'm not fooled, I know its hard!!

  • That looks awesome does it take long to make and do you sell them or was this just a one off thing?

  • so wuts the point of the latex???

  • Well... If you want to inflate something it needs to be airtight and preferably elestic as well.

Oh and maybe also because I am a latex fetishist!

  • veryy nice!!!

  • really awesome love the hood

  • oh oh and ... is that a breath through gag on the breathing pipe...or i guess no one gave u a reason to moan ? ; )

  • I wish I had a breath trough gag. Maybe that is for the next hood.

On this one I used a piece of ribbed rubber gas mask hose. The inner hood is glued between the 3rd and 4th rib of the hose so I can 'hold onto' some ribs.

  • thanks for the info on thickness, and neck !

As commented by others you have a managed a very close "ball" shape where other professional manufacturers get "oval" shapes when inflated.

I like the design but feel a slightly thicker hood would support the head better if laid down horizontally.

    lol

  • @latexmasked

most impressive , "home made" design.

Is the thickness of the hood' latex variable?

i.e. do you reach higher pressures when using thicker latex or would there be inherent problems with the neck seal when increasing the pressure ?

    Phew ...

AND thanks for the vid...i wouldn't be able to resist playing with your breathing hole if i was filming... ; )

  • In this hood both layers are 0.25mm which is very thin.

So I expect you can get higher pressure when using thicker latex,in particular on the outside.

There is no problem with the neck seal since it actually does not exsist.

Both layers of the mask are glued to eachother so air can only enter / escape via the valve at the top.

  • Hey! thanks for sharing an giving credit to slinkyskin. the one main fault I have faound with all the hoods I've tried so far is that they all expand primarily upward. Its ainly the chin and neck that are holding the hood down. If you inflate it without wearing it, it would tend to turn inside out, because there is nothing inside the air chamber to prevent it. I've been pondering a better design for some time... again thanks for sharing!

  • Dear JP, I find the hood stays nicely in place. Perhaps this is due to the relative low pressure with the 0.25mm sheet?

When taking it off the internal hood is indeed pushed out by the pressure inside. Then I have to partly deflate it before I can put it back on.

Now all I need is some time to make another one in thicker material and with a proper mouthpiece.

  • Thanks for the reply :) As you get into thicker material, the tendency for the hood to invert will increase. two ideas: 1 use internal ribs that connect the inner and outer layers in the right shape and , 2 make your own thicker latex by sandwiching a layer of linen cloth between two layers of latex. the pressure increase will be HUGE.

  • Hi JP, I would take a different approach since I feel your proposals have some flaws.

Internal ribs make the glueing much more difficult and, if you inflate too much will show as indentations on the outside.

Sandwiching of latex sheeting is very difficult, it is nearly impossible to get a perfectly smooth surface. And with some cloth in between the texture of the cloth will show. (as you can see in glued in zippers)

I would adjust the pattern to make a shere that is wider than it is high

  • ok, but lets take a closer look at this. Lets start with laminating latex. Not too difficult if you use the right technique. the individual pieces you would need should be small, making it easier. Then, use at least .6mm latex. I have garments of .9mm and the zip fabric does not show at all. On to the rib issue. A very strong outer layer will tell you when to stop inflating and is much stronger than the ribs, which will stretch internally without much distortion on the outside. thx!

  • I also want to share the right way to laminate latex. Secure the thick outer layer of latex to a table top, shiny side down by using strong tape at the edges. Usually 2" masking tape works well. Use a solvent to prep the surace all over. The rubber will swell, wait till it returns to its original shape. Buy enough rubber cement to submerge the fabric in. Use linen, very thin, very strong, no stretch, very little to show through the rubber. Use a wallpaper tray to coat the fabric, hang to dry...

  • The wait time shold be about 3 minutes, maybe 5 tops. This part may require two people. Holding the fabric vertical, secure one edge to the table, at the edge of the secured outer layer of latex. Then, use a rolling pin to slowly press the fabric to the latex, maintaining tension on the fabric. You can then add a third, inner layer, using the same method. This will have almost no stretch, which means you'll need at least a small zip to put on the hood, which will require a lil more thought...

  • I'd also like to point out that the zipper flanges are made of a coarse thread material, which results in a 'bumpy' surface. This is why I recommend linen fabric. Anyways, just tossing in some advice from experienced friends. I will likely be trying this myself soon. :) I also like to chlorinate the material so it slides right on without any powder or lube. :)

  • Hi JP, thanks for your detailled feedback.

Indeed with a thick sheet you may not see the texture of the linnen.

To save a bit on the water soluble glue I think it will suffice to 'paint' the fabric with a brush.

When glueing in zippers I also paint the cloth with two layers of water based glue and then it glues to sheet without any problems.

Would love to do some experimenting on this but unfortunately I am running low on sheet, money and time.

  • HEH! I hear you there. Moved this spring and still catching up financially, and the holiday season is coming soon... I hear the water based glues do not stand up well to wet situations, like swimming and rain. What's your experience with this?

  • I see I did not answer this one, sorry...

Since I have only used water based glue so far I am carefull not to expose my stuff to too much water.

One of my first items is a pair of shorts and I regularly wear them for a full night, things getting all sweaty inside. I also wash it in the bathtub and so far the seams are still perfect.

But I can imaging that with longer submersion and strain (while wearing) may be too much.

  • But there is always time to think about construction techniques and patterns.

I WILL make a new ballhood in due time and I've got a faboulous idea for it :-)

And BTW: I am a chlorinator too!

Cl2 is the best thing ever to happen to rubber

  • could also add a collar to the hold neck firmly at base ?

  • love the saliva coming out of your hole. were you getting high inside there?this might sound strange but wouldnt it be exciting if a mistress came up and slapped handcuffs on you then put a rubber plug in your airhole?

  • That would be breathtaking ;-)

  • latex i bet that felt wonderful. what is longest you have worn it? can you make me one? would love to have it locked on with those hoods underneath all weekend long.

  • Sorry Pcatwoman but I think it would be unfair towards Slinkyskin if I started selling their design.

Not to mention the quality difference.

  • Lovely hood, who made it? SlinkySkin?

Devoid of sight, sound ... and only the smell of latex to keep you company.

    Wonderful.

    peteraliasclaudio

  • Hi there, I made it myself but offcourse it is inspired by Slinkyskin. Who (I think) came up with the first ball hood design.
