Why is it that this show NEVER has any normal people? They've all got ugly faces, crazy hair-styles and rambunctious attitudes (excluding Heather from season 2).

why in the us when i watch this show, and when the intro comes they sing on the intro. But in sweden only the melodi comes. Can anyone respond?
