what the where cani find him?
On Disc 4 when you try to enter Memoria, i.e. the final dungeon.

There's a PC version of FFIX? I can't say I never knew that, I only remember PC versions of FFVII and VIII. The PS1 one version has 4 dics, if there's a PC version I doubt that'd have 4 discs.
