Please upload the remain parts of Dr. Davis' lecture. I am so intrigued. There are so many people that I know who don't like to read, and won't give his superb book a chance. At least they will listen to this lecture.
I love how Dr. Davis brings up exposure to gamma rays as one of the ways agribusiness has induced mutations in modern day wheat. It's a great example because in popular culture gamma rays are associated with a fictional character, the Incredible Hulk, who is a hero but who is also very destructive. Could there be a more fitting analogy for wheat, and how it has been altered in a sort of mad scientist experiment, and is now causing destruction?
