I can't rememdber how to do it however i have an idea on how to do it in after effects. Not got it? Download adobe after effects cs3 trial of the adobe website. Make sure it is cs3.Then import the video you want to go backwards and then drag it into a new comp. Click ok then right click on the video and click on enable time remapping. You should see 2 diamonds or keyframes at ever end of your video. Drag the end one to the begining and the begining one to the end. IF you want a video tutorial
then just add another comment asking for one. My laptop is broke atm but we have other computers with cs3 on. Feel free to ask for a tutorial if you don't understand
