  • good update man. i've been following along with you

  • good job

    I workout at the gym

i have no kids or wife soo yea

  • great update, just wanted to share some info though ... Your body will choose where is wants to get rid of fat, Ab ripper x is a good core and ab strength workout but you can not target a certain area where you want to lose body fat. Your body will decide. Keep bringing it. My 60 day update will be posted tomorrow.

  • Good point!

Look forward to seeing it :)

  • Great update and congrats on lowering your % body fat!

  • Would you say, aditional cardio or rollerblading makes you loose fat,?

and high carb didnt make lyou gain weight??

IS it because youre doing more activity on the day?

Ive felt the urge to do Cardio a few hours after P90X.. Im not sure if its the Carbs kicking in..

Also, Im triggered by sweating.. it gets me wired..

Is sweating just me loosing fat?

    or mabye a signal to workout/cardio ??

Congratulations!!, I look thin but last time i looked i was 18%, mabye im wrong..?

  • I think the decrease in fat % is due to working out harder. I have more energy to do the workouts and bring it more then I have in the past. My calorie burns during the workouts has increased almost 20% since the diet shift.

This diet gives me a lot more energy and I have the urge to do 'something'.

If your sweating during workouts it means your doing well. You should get a Heart Rate Monitor if you want to see if your in the 'zone' for fat burning.

  • I mean, I have an urge to do something a few hours after working out, and start sweating, even if I already Worked out, And sometimes im concerned if i have to rest.

Im very short, so my calorie intakeis not in level I :S

    Thats why im so confused

I cant eat as much as level I XD

    Ive tried.

  • That sounds like the endorphenes kicking in after your done your work out :)
