  • Is there a difference if you use beef instead of pork.?

  • little secret I learned, FEB {as in February} F= flour E= eggs B= bread crumbs, when coating food to fry DREDGE food in this order will work best! sathu I would like to try this recipie using screw pine leaf{panada} this loos so yummy ! and I'm gonna subscribe too

  • have u ever tried using the drumstick part of the wings? it makes the stuff chicken wings bigger and better. it's a bit more work to carve out the bone but will worth it. you should give that a try.

  • @hxiong09 I did and it was worth it! :)

  • My grandma looooooves to eat this. I used to buy this for her everyday. Now I can make it myself. Thanks Kai! <3

  • i had one question what if i dont steam it can i just go ahead and fried it

  • one huge question :D how do you make your sweet and sour sauce please let me know im dieing to know :) thanks

  • The last time I had this dish was a few years back but I still remember how they tasted like... yummmm

  • I like to stuff the chicken with yang chow fried rice and deep fry with flour and water- it IS SO GOOD and CRUNCHY. I also marinate the chicken meat inside before stuffing it.

  • we make these too, but we actually keep the drumstick part too. we have more meat that way and we don't coat it with flour or fry it. we just broil them in the oven. it's soooo good and no added oil!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ohhhh i got to try that way of stuffing the wings. i de-bone the whole wing. thanks for tip :)

  • YUM! That looks so yummy....

  • I wonder how these taste? Looks goooood!

  • Stuffed wings is one of my favorites but can be time consuming and labor intensive. Also, I don't cut the drummy portion of the wing off, I de-bone the WHOLE thing except for the tip of course. That way you get MORE wing and more stuffing inside. I also don't think it's necessary to steam the wings prior to frying it or flouring it. I put my wings in a 400'F oven and BAKE for about 40mins until crispy. Make sure you pat dry the wings to get it extra crispy in the oven.

  • @suzanx

I believe he steamed the wings so that the pork filling inside can pre-cook and then finish cooking when fried afterwards. Oven baking the stuff chicken wing is good too, but you just don't get that crispy texture to it.

  • one of my most favorite delights in the world.. thank you! ive made it by chopping the meat with carrot onion celery and restuffing then frying.. i will use glass noodle next time! yummy!

  • kai, what kind of flours and breadcrumb did you use? please let me know. thanks

  • this shit aint thai food fuck thai this is khmer food get your shit right china men

  • @drunkenp0t did your mum ever told u to be nice at all????????????

  • @chinarose168 no my mom told me what was right so get it straight its khmer no one u talking about before u butt in

  • what's the reason for steaming it first instead of just deep frying it straight away? has it got to do with the binding of both ingredients?

  • how do you make the sauce you make?

  • Do use plastic gloves for handling food in restaurant.

  • MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  • anyone notice that the opening is from Perfect Dark?

  • just curious, why is it that you steam it first before frying it?

  • mhh.. i loved these wings...

  • i like mine with just the glossy noodle and veggie stuffing and broil

  • Omg i never tried this but it looks soooo good.

  • This is like my fav thing to eat in everything thai restaurant.

  • this looks awesome and I can't wait to try it!!!!!!!!!!! thank you very much for sharing!!

  • these are my favorite but I am horrible at getting the bone out of the wing lol

  • i decided to buy chicken breast and stuff the filling into the chicken and fry it :D

  • perftect!

  • you did all that work for just 4 servings? Aiiyyah.

  • My mom makes this all the time. But she doesn't steam or coat it with flour or eggs.

You mix hers with pork and chicken. And lemon leaves, peanuts, curry and some other stuff. Then she stuffs them and cooks them in the oven. Very spicy & very good. She won't tell me the recipe though.

  • Beat it out of her.

  • super good. how do you make the dipping sauce? please show us, because I love that kind of sauce! :D

  • thats a crazy idea, but it looks good!

  • Kai, I gave this a try and the result was good, but the skin is a bit floury. Why is that? Do I need to deepfry it longer?

  • you need to deep-fry until golden brown. oil temp should stay in between 365-370 degrees.

  • u should have your own show on the food channel
