Yeah, there is. The main soma briefly flashes once both show up. Also, only the main one leaves tumors.

soma and onyx r super easy. i nearly got and xs on onyx for extreme. but i guess the time matters cuss i got all cool and no attacks or healing touches plus all of the goals and only got s.

its no guilt is Stigma and its called Soma.
