@TheByrds1965 Agree with you there. Good comment. People should look at the good around them now. There is plenty to enjoy. Why concentrate on the crap ? There was plenty of bloody crap around in 1967, I remember. No bugger then bothered with The Tintern Abbey, The Misunderstood, The Attack, Skip Bifferty, Fleur de Lys, The Flies........They were all listening to Engelbert, Cilla and Tom EFFING Jones and the probably saying how crap they were (and they were).
I first heard this song in a skateboard video, and when I found out the name of it and who it was by, I couldn't believe it was recorded in 1967! way ahead of its time.
This was on a compilation LP I had a while back called "British Psychedelic Trip Vol. I". I think you can get it on CD now, probably thru Amazon. GREAT psych stuff.
Best feedback solo ever!

The description says that their drummer was called John Dalton. Is that the same John Dalton who later replaced Pete Quaife in the Kinks?

This is fab! But to all those saying there`s nothing as good as this today - try listening to The Coral. They sit alongside this very comfortably.

I LOVE THE GUITAR SOLO MAN,there is more happening in a british psych song from 67 than in a whole album by any new band today!!

@thesyd1975 agree sad but most music turning "disposable" these days mainstream anyway
originaljayz 1 year ago
@thesyd1975 Although I agree music is in a state at the moment, There are recent bands from the 2000's onwards that have alot to offer.
