Isn't so much how other people treat US with epilepsy...as for how we allow it to take over our lives....or to use it to reach out to others-with no shame or embarrassment. I have never had rejection in my life...as for I have always been very open about it...but when we are closed...and then others find out the tought way-by witnessing a seizure...they don't know how to handle it-don't have the "pre-comfort" and turn away-or word things wrong. We have to open up with no shame.
Epilepsy is caused by different reasons. However, the primary cause is irritation of the brain cells. It is interesting to find out why the brain cells become irritable and irritated. Is it because of inflammation? Very likely. When we have zeroed in using chemicals for controlling diseases, we have forgotten the natural means. Restricting carbohydrate diet to generate ketone in our body could ease up intractable epilepsy. Read my book, Carbohydrates Can Kill. Good luck.
