OK I'm back for questioning. What would you use a tanto point for? I've been playing with my vulcan tanto and it seems that the tanto point is for stabbing....

thats actually what its for, the tanto shape produces more strength in the tip and allows it to be wicked sharp for penetration

i really dig the design of this knife, but im looking for a folding tactical knife and i was wandering what do u think of the deployment on this knife because i dont know if its assissted or not. and if not would u happen to know if there is an assissted version?

I want one of these. They are awesome. I love the VG-10 blade. Not sure about Zytel though. Seems durable enough.

It is a great knife , I like the San Mai Blade , only thing is i wish they had gone with G-10 for the handle, also it did seem a little smaller than i thought it would be ,but hey thats just me :D , keep posting the great reviews.
