i believe the internals (pistons, rods etc.) are different. if i'm not mistaken i think the 03/04 cobras have forged internals but i could be wrong.

there is no difference between the 03 and 04 cobra. but in 4 valves do have forged internals and the mach 1 4v has forged cranks. 2v is just rated for i think 450 but i have seen a stock 2v with 490crank

I'd say the headers and cat-less mids were responsible for the load blowing sound. Both the eaton and the kb sound the same. The difference in the sound of the wine is negligible. The exhaust would be the same. It's problably at least a twin screw because that is the smartest thing to do first to a 03/04 Cobra.

the 03-04 cobra has a dohc 4.6L v8 with a built bottom end that comes supercharged stock. this guy just swapped the stock eaton supercharger for a kenne bell. the cobra R motor is a n/a 5.4 L.
