Except there's probably no Helm Splitter in a speedrun, since learning those hidden skills takes quite a bit of time.

I can give my way to kill it quickly. First when it is in the air, shoot it with an Arrow and quickly clawshot it. Attack and after that, Shield attack him and use Helm Splitter. Then use it one more time and it should be dead... :)
