sign a paper saying you won't sue, doesn't mean that you can't. the constitution does not let a person sign his or her Rights away even if they sign a paper saying you won't sue:)
Nothing at all probably because to bungee jump you must sign a paper saying you won't sue the companie if something fucks up. Believe me I did it, at the highest spot in the world, 216 meters in South Africa.
