@sleepyduo37 Well cheap or not I like the sound. I've been looking into getting a mandolin for the holidays and I like the one you've got. Idk if i'll go with the electric in it, but I know they make Epiphone MM-30 just acoustic. Thanks for the response.
Good effort. I recommend that you buy a metronome. It will make you a better player. You are definitely headed in the right direction. Love the bathroom recording, too. Hooray bathroom acoustics.
This is awesome! Though it is clearly based on the Sam Bush version (love that one), you made it your own. I like the nice, sort of percussive rhythm you play. I can also hear something very country-like in your vocals, might be what you were going for. I never saw this one being covered by you, but it just might become a new favorite!
Thanks! The chords by ear, and the parts of the solo that are exact i did by sitting with staff paper and headphones for a couple hours and wrote out a bunch of stuff about a note at a time lol.
wow! really well done.

@sleepyduo37 Hey sure it's just an Epiphone MM-30E.. acoustic electric. Cheap thing... gets the job done though!

CHORDS PLEASE!!!

lol- intro riff/refrain thing is G to C. A verse is about two beats each like this:
G D Em D C D C-G G/F# Em D C refrain... G G/F# Em D C refrain
That's like one verse- very crudely but in the right order lol.
