I found two really good shots of the guy's face on the first surveillance clip that you guys showed: one at 4:19 as he heads to the back of the store, and the other when he struggles to throw the bag over his shoulder almost immediately after that. I'm no expert but I bet the police can do some good work with the tapes you have. I'm sure you guys will find him once the word gets out about it; someone has to notice that this guy acquired 6 or 7 extremely expensive airsoft guns overnight.

@Crazyairsoft1000 We are 110% sure it's not an employee and we have an alarm it was extremely loud. We have not released the audio from the break-in. Law enforcement does however have audio tapes and other hidden camera angles the thief was not aware of. We released these angles since they are more broad.
and one of the easiest way to catch him is to look on craigslist, i did, and other selling websites! so basicly troll around and try to find it stryk! you will get it back im sure! or ill help u by looking on craigslist and stuff!

I think you will catch him because he is not very highly professional. He has balls of steel to do this on his own. I dont know your stores area at all, but I would imagine 3:30 is a prime time for officers to be roaming the streets.
I would not walk more than 10 feet outside the store wearing what he was and carrying them the way he was, for fear of officers. His techniques were terrible at best, leaving the door open at the end could lead to an early investigation by an officer driving by
@Blckspawn0 Well, by the footage and his selections you can tell he is an avid airsofter which tells me that most of these stolen items were for personal use. At some point he is going to try and use them on a field. Either his friends or friends friend will notice he just acquired a bunch of new guns and notice our video and the word that we got some guns stolen. Airsoft is a small community and I'm confident he will be found along with the stolen goods.
To be honest, you guys are lucky. You only had one active robber. It could have been a crew of 3 or more people and lookouts. Your entire store could have been emptied by a legit crew with teamwork and a motive with half the time. If I were that crook, I would have stolen all those aeg's.

What he stole was weird, he knew what he was going for and except for that barret he wasn't the smartest theif, what a moron, he obviously doesn't care about the sport as a whole. You don't know how many kids come in after saving for months to buy their first gun and have the biggest smile on their face for a job well done. Hmmmm there's a few things to consider.
1: He has a mask on, so I'm not sure how you could really find his face
2: It appears he's wearing gloves because he has black lining around his wrists
3: He broke in with a crowbar as you can see him picking it up as he leaves the store
4: I'm pretty damn sure someone would've called the cops if they saw a man with a bag full of guns board a bus

I think you will catch him because he is not very highly professional. He has balls of steel to do this on his own. I dont know your stores area at all, but I would imagine 3:30 is a prime time for officers to be roaming the streets.
I would not walk more than 10 feet outside the store wearing what he was and carrying them the way he was, for fear of officers. His techniques were terrible at best, leaving the door open at the end could lead to an early investigation by an officer driving by

@Blckspawn0 Well, by the footage and his selections you can tell he is an avid airsofter which tells me that most of these stolen items were for personal use. At some point he is going to try and use them on a field. Either his friends or friends friend will notice he just acquired a bunch of new guns and notice our video and the word that we got some guns stolen. Airsoft is a small community and I'm confident he will be found along with the stolen goods.

To be honest, you guys are lucky. You only had one active robber. It could have been a crew of 3 or more people and lookouts. Your entire store could have been emptied by a legit crew with teamwork and a motive with half the time. If I were that crook, I would have stolen all those aeg's.
Im not a theif, just saying it could have been worse, your lucky this guy is not a pro or really dedicated.

@greywhite He is definitely experienced which tells me he is an ex-con or felon. If he was a super pro then he would be robbing banks and more big tickets stores and not airsoft guns. That tells me that his latest robbery was for personal gain. Key an eye out on airsoft forums and fields for this perp.

What he stole was weird, he knew what he was going for and except for that barret he wasn't the smartest theif, what a moron, he obviously doesn't care about the sport as a whole. One thing I noticed though is that he kept his face down looking at most of the camera's. He probably was in there before to learn the layout, has there been people just sitting in the shop not buying anything but staying for extended periods of time?

that's a shit load of stuff he got away with. condolences for your property loss. he had to have left fingerprints or some other sort of trace. and look into people that came into the store and had interest in that SCAR custom. if he was dumb enough to steal, he was foolish enough to leave a print. good luck.

You don't know how many kids come in after saving for months to buy their first gun and have the biggest smile on their face for a job well done. So much more gratifying to work for something and save for it.
