Amanda Palmer makes me happy. And while I agree with what EmilySnicket14had to say, I do in fact, think that MsPalmer is one of the best musicians and artists in this whole wide universe. She's not THAT obscure, but she's amazzzzzingggg. Everyone's entitled to their opinion.

Well I didn't necessarily mean she's incredably obscure. I know she has a large fanbase mostly due to the internet. When I called her obscure what I meant was she's not on MTV and she's not exactly a household name. And by saying she's not the best musician in the world was more of an acknowledgement that her music is an aquired taste and I understand that some people don't like it. But in my opinion her music is amazing.

I knew this would happen...now Amanda is on Current and any idiot with a computer can spout their hateful opinion about her. I'm glad she's obscure because then the only people who really know about her is her fans. I know she isn't the best musician in the world but she's genuine and honest and no amount of insensitive comments will ever change that fact.

Ah I love this woman like crazy but she talks waaaayyy too much. I saw her live in Boston once and it was the same thing. I wanted to hear what she had to say but the phrase "Shut up and play" came to mind.
