Just caught this - there does seem to be a problem with the score step-up unit and the fact that you have continuous movement on the scores for red, yellow and green suggests that there's a problem on the mixer wiper(s). I'll check the wiring diagram and the manual and see if I can pinpoint it more accurately in the next couple of days and get back to you.
If you have an electrical schematic of the wiring, check the circuit for the green scoring unit stepup coil. The coil is energized through one of the mixer wipers. There could be a short between adjacent wipers or wiper buttons. I hope that this helps.
