  • Like getting the heart rate up. Do not do step anymore as I have had injuries to hips, knees and feet. Tonya, would be nice to have alternative moves when over 50yrs of age, old injuries that have to be worked around and/or do not have a big workout ball. So enjoy your once a week workout on tv, you have great ques!
