I am 100% correct. The french do come here, as well as the dutch, the cubans, the Japanese. I am a healthcare professional, I have never turned anyone away, and it is illegal to do so. We have free clinics in every city of this land, and the for profit hospitals treat many uninsured everyday. Yet you do not need insurance to get healthcare here.
