nice video btw, it's a very great exercise for the trapezius and back in general. I think it's called T-Bar bent over row. I myself do Bent over barbell rows, almost the same. Alongside squads, deadlifts and benchpress I think this is one of the best core exersises, bent over rows.

The thing is.. Even with steroids.. Most people go their whole lives without ever achieving a body like that. Steroids did help him get there.. But so did his determination.

Steroids allows you to gain muscles fast, not gain more than you naturally can.
Believing Arnolds bio, he trained for quite a long time before becoming champion.
He admitted he used some kind of steroids to upkeep muscle mass, but dropped them when they were banned from competitions.
Overall he doesn't look unnaturally huge unlike some guys we see nowdays

The thing is.. Even with steroids.. Most people go their whole lives without ever achieving a body like that. Steroids did help him get there.. But so did his determination.

that is a key factor. it takes that and discipline with diet to achieve how he looked. im not sure how many people dont realize that, they think you just take roids and you will be huge. doesnt work like that.
