  • All vote for Ron Paul! The only hope to get this country back in fucking order!

  • Somalia has very limited government. How's that working out for them?

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain

Detroit has vast bureaucracy, how's that working out for them?

  • ok, decide NOW. either you go live in one of the poorest areas in America (Detroit), or in one of the poorest areas of Somalia.

Choose now: worst part of a large government country (USA) or worse part of a limited government country (Somalia).

I didn't think so. go back to sleep

Another thought: Why is Detroit in such bad shape? Because of bureaucracy? Or because of the free market causing all the Auto Industries to move Detroit's jobs to Mexico and China?

Didn't think so. Go back to sleep

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain "False Dilemma." Look it up. There are more than TWO choices in this vast universe. America had "limited government" for the first hundred years of its existence, but it was NOT "Somalia." Was it perfect? No, but it isn't now either.

Somalia does NOT have a "limited government." What it has is a whole bunch of little "governments" (aka gangs and warlords) competing to become THE government.

  • yeah lets go back to the first 100 years of the US. Only male, white landowners having a say in government.

Nothing is perfect, but there is NO DISPUTE that today's government is better than that was

The problem is not that the governemnt is too big, but that the people that it truly serves is too small, namely the richest 1%

"Smaller government" is a buzz word for even less interference by the people's representatives in the top 1%'s business of pillaging this country

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain "Smaller government," when spoken by a typical lying republican is indeed just a buzzword to fool the sheeple into voting for them again. Just like democrats who pretend to care about the poor, then continue to bail out banks and start wars.

Ron Paul is not a typical lying politician. He actually means what he says. Believe me, the 1% are more afraid of Ron Paul than any crowd of protesters you can assemble. Why? He will destroy the very heart of their Operation-the Fed

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain

Nope, don't need to make such a decision, so I won't. I'd choose a WHITE country over a black one any day, and that's the real issue. Detroit's in bad shape because it's 80 percent black.

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain

free market? more like excessive government regulations.

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain Somalia has no civil society at all. It´s pretty artificial country, like so many others in Africa.

  • Right. But there is no denying it has very limited government. Is that what we should go for?

  • @UseYerEFFINBrain Switzerland has a limited government: top federal income tax rate of 11.5% and 8.5% for corporations. Most swiss citizens ignore the name of their national "leaders", as the federal council has limited powers and is not partisan. Local and cantonal administrations are responsible of 2/3 of revenues and spending, compared with 1/3 in America.

  • Listen to all the so-called "religious" folk that are so angry and bitter. You'd think, that with God and Jesus Christ in their lives, they'd be a little more upbeat and accepting. These people aren't the pro-life, beautiful beings they pretend they are.

  • All those who booed will be first against the wall when the revolution comes.

Neocons and their bleating followers will be crucified along the interstate.

    I'm tired of this shit.

  • 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul placed first in the 2011 Values Voter Straw Poll at 37% of the total number of votes cast, ahead of Herman Cain, Rick Santorum & Rick Perry who placed second, third & fourth with a mere 23, 16 and 8 percent, respectively.

"...the rising numbers of born again Christians turning to Dr. Paul shows that, “For many of us, the best way to assure our own religious freedom is to get back to the Constitution & defend everybody else’s freedoms too.”

  • History has been and will be on Dr. Paul's side. 100 years from now people will still remember this congressman who lived and spoke for the US constitution but was vilified for saying the truth.

    History is on his side.

  • @kakompo We all had better pray he gets' in. I doubt if we will be around anywhere near a 100 years if he does not. God Bless you all.

  • hes getting more vicious with his speaches i like that getting angry like the rest of america is getting there is unrest in america and if he doesnt become president best believe there will be riots in the streets and the only way hes not goint to be elected is that theres going to be a shit ton of rigging the polls come 2012 best believe that if our communist leaders have to resort to that i believe they will and thye did it with bush jr theyll do it again be prepared america were going to war!

  • @Hobiz420 You got that right, and he is getting more aggressive with is speech's I think he knows we are doomed if he doe's not get in.

  • WATCH : WHY THE MILLITARY KNOWS ISRAEL DID 911....on : YouTube .

  • As a pro-life Christian, I am so ashamed that my fellow evangelicals have feet that are quick to shed blood in other countries.

  • Ron Paul is the shizz! why does nobody listen to him?! :'(

  • Ron Paul is awsome.

  • If only he weren't a Christian. Fortunately, that doesn't really affect his judgment. Like most Christians, he seems to find useful things in the Bible which he can twist to mean what he already believes for other reasons. If all religious people did that, I wouldn't complain about religion any more.

  • @GBart

A smart person is a smart person regardless of your religion. Being atheist or whatever, doesn't make you automatically special like you "use your brain" more or something. Those are just stereotypes people started.

  • @ChuckHitler Yes, but it does tend to work the other way. Being an atheist doesn't make you smarter, but being smart makes you more likely to be an atheist.

  • @GBart yes exactly. that's what i meant.

  • ron Paul talks a big game here, but don't forget, he's just as conservative on morals as the rest of the Republicans here. He just wanted to keep his libertarian base of supporters, rather than expose himself as the social conservative that he is. He's against gay marriage, against the separation of church and state, against abortion, against euthanasia, etc. He says you can't legislate virtue, but why does he want to ban gay marriage at the state levels then?

  • @Whoo69

The crazy progressive Lawrence O'Donnell actually praised his stance on gay marriage.

  • RON PAUL FOR FUCKING PRESIDENT!!! our country would do amazing with him running it.

  • Comment removed

  • Right on. VOTE RON PAUL! I can't believe people booed him.

  • Ron Paul is the only CONSERVATIVE running. By the way conservative by definintion means a "Conservative view of the US constitution" Bush is a liberal,"A liberal view of the constitution." In other words the constitution says the government can print money. So George Bush reads that and says money is free, the fed reserve(which is a private bank!)can print as much as they like! Most of these politicians understand that this is will kill our economy long term, but its the next generations problem.

  • Ron Paul is passionate because is believes what he is saying. Any you my friend are and idiot, plain and simple.

  • @495321BA62

    Aren't you a pathetic creature.

  • The audience booed, but at least he was telling the truth.

  • Wow, he spoke really passionately in his closing statement. He should speak with more passion like that in other debates as well.

  • Yes, because following our own Constitution is pretty dumb. What sounds dumb to me is printing money out of thin air, fighting an unjustified war, becoming dependent on the welfare state, and sacrificing our liberty under the pretense that the government knows how to do it better than us.

  • Do you know what dumb means? Did you mean to say ron Paul is intellegent? Concise?

George W Bush, is what a dub person looks like. A dumb person says something and does another, and doesnt even realize what just happened. If thats not clear enough, look at the dictionary for dumb, and see if anything ron paul says does, or is, fits into that catigory.

  • Anyone who cannot see that Ron Paul is right on is an idiot. You cannot finance a nanny state as large as the United States forever. It is not possible. It cost real money to fight Trillion dollar wars. It cost real money to buy medical insurance for the soon to retire 78 million boomers. The Nanny state does not work. LOOK AT THE USSR for proof...

  • Ron Paul is the only true conservative in this race. Why aren't more republicans supporting him? I'm not a republican, but I like his foreign policy plans. And he's right about not legislating morality.

  • Because most of today's republicans seem to think that the neoconservatism thats been spoon fed to them is actually conservatism. Thats why

  • SHAKE THIS LAND from it's slumber! PLEASE donate TODAY @ ronpaul2008(dot)com

  • I love how the Ron Paul "supporters" have no idea about his past, his insane comments, etc. "less goverment", they all preach but have no way of realizing that THAT is an impossibility in a country with 300 million citizens and growing. He would have made a great mayor of Little House On The Prarie days but his ideas fundimentally won't work with the reality of today. It's unfortunate, but TRUE

  • i love how 'people like you' are just itching to give up what's left of your freedom.

  • What lack of "freedom" are you talking about? The freedom to get health care(the most important issue in this election)? Or maybe the freedom of seperating church and state. Two things Paul knows nothing about.

  • You are free. Free to take care of your self. Nothing wrong with you asking for charity on your own but demanding charity is not right. How can some legislative body force me to be charitable? I am charitable but why should I be forced to be charitable. It is fear that causes people to demand others to be charitable. Your afraid people wont do the right thing. Trust people (your neighbors) trust your self rather than government.

  • your insane. what does the number of people have to do with whats right and whats wrong. its wrong for the government take care of individuals from cradle to grave.

  • the freedom i speak of is freedom from the very people that print the money you have in your pocket with zero backing. fredom from the people who borrow and steal to keep their banks full and your credit in the negative

there are simple solutions to any problem. just because you can't comprehend it's simplicity does not mean it's not feasible.

i don't support ron paul 100%, but he's the best bet this country has had in a long time. mike gravel? i wish.

  • Well,I agree. The banks are satan incarnate. But, 50 million without healthcare, what does he propose to do about that, the most important problem in America? Sure, bad credit sucks but when you die from a simple infection because doctors won't see you for "free" unless you're on deaths bed. THAT is a little more of a "problem".

  • I don't agree with all libertarian positions, but at least libertarians like Ron Paul are actual conservatives and not revisionist radicals like the far right. I respect true conservatives, worthy opponents to us liberals as opposed to corrupt fearmongering scum like the current administration.

  • why is ron paul the only guy to figure this out get him in office by any means nessecary!

  • I don't see much value in these Value Voters. Truth, freedom, and Ron Paul for president! P.S. ChalessMartel, you are using up valuable oxygen that thinking people need.

  • Ron Paul upholds Christian values:

*Truthfulness (always, even when it is unpopular)

*Obey the rule of law, our constitution.

*repentence (changing course when you realize you made a mistake, like in Iraq)

*compassion:"let's take care of people over here."

No other candidate in either party upholds these values so consistently and courageously.

He does not talk about his faith, he LIVES it, personally, professionally, & politically.

Vote Ron Paul!! Tell everyone you know!

  • "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's"- Mathew 22:21 It has never been the purpose of the government to maintain and legislate the morality of its people. Man is given the right to choose, by creating a government that dictates what we can and cannot do, we give away that right. It was man who made the fall, and it is the duty of man to choose to live without sin. If the government makes my moral decisions for me, am I a moral man?

  • Well this is what you would consider freedom of religion and belief. Meaning you don't impose your religious views on others just because you think it's wrong DOESN'T mean it's actually wrong.

    And Pornography? Isn't that....already legal? If not...than well I'm in trouble....T-T

  • close the SSA and forgive the wealthy warmongers their debt.

  • Encouraging people to vote for Ron Paul is good... but we need to make a strong effort to simply educate people about the important issues. If the issues are addressed then it's clear that only one candidate offers change and hope.

  • Paul, you are talking over their heads. They don't understand you because they cannot concieve of or remember what it was like when America was a glorious European republic, not a chamber pot of anti-white socialists.

  • Ron has a good speech, but it sounds like he's bashing the American people too much. Not to say that he's bashing America in a bad way, but that he's exposing them to truths that they don't want to hear, which could cost votes.

  • So should a canidate tell the TRUTH and risk losing, or LIE in order to get elected?

  • C'mon, everyone! Were pitching in to raise money to get Ron Paul a toothbrush and toothpaste. If we get enough donations, we may even give him enough money to get his teeth cleaned. Give till it hurts! Were almost there!

  • Ron...you are a genius my friend.

  • yes he is but most ppl are to brainwashed to apreaciate his genious mind

  • try to remain positive, friend. change is happening. the idea that some1 like Paul could realistically have a chance at nomination, let alone presidency as short a time ago as 2004 was unrealistic. he can do this. we can do this. this is an amazing turn of world events. its our time.

  • The people who got robbed and assaulted by blackwater war criminals in New Orleans aren't too brainwashed!!!!!!

  • Amen Ron Paul, Amen.

  • Ron Paul 08

  • Who ever is boing must be the dullest bunch of tools in the shed.

  • booo what

    boooo the fuck what

    WHAT ARE THEY BOOING?!?

he said they would be more americans alive and we'd be better off AND THEY BOO! if those are the type of people that support the other candidates, thats a sign right there that paul is the way to go.

  • Paul want more money? Hes a wastral

  • The people who are booing obviously know nothing...I wish people were educated about the world around them.

  • I LOVE RON PAUL!

Did you hear the boos in the background? Those people are so fucking brainwashed...

  • There is an important difference between a mean face and an angry face - there is a lot to be angry about.

  • The guy usually offers a friendship smile, but I can see him getting angry. A president must have the capability of anger, esp at injustice and the dhimmi mentality of many americans, at the public school victims who boo because they don't understand the consequences if US was occupied by foreign army (like mexico or nato-type maybe?)

  • I guess the Neo-Nazis and Islamist have learned how to use cut and paste...

  • Today's the day to express our thanks to Ron Paul! He has asked us for our help NOW and his campaign has said that the Dec 16 Tea Party will be too late to impact the crucial early primaries. Money is needed NOW! I just donated my $100 and I know that we can "stuff" Dr. Paul's campaign with cash today if we all give what we can! Let's show the "turkeys" who don't believe that Dr. Paul can win that we are not taking a day off! The fight for liberty continues! Donate Today & help post this!

  • RON PAUL 08.

  • Thank you for this video!

    Ron Paul 08!

  • That really changed my view on the guy. I really had no idea what he was about but that was a great speech.

    werd up to ron paul.

  • This isnt a Bible debate but MustangManiac, the new testament is what Christianty is based on, its the NEW law delivered by God thru Christ. Jesus preached about peace & loving your neighbor and pray for your enemies. Not go to war with people that dont even pose a threat! God doesnt kill millions, his people killED millions 6000 years ago. Those wars were brutal because the people refused to do what God told them to do. No politician should play the "Christian" card though.

  • Dr. Paul, speaks so much truth. He will be looked back upon with revelry.

  • "government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have"look up that quote;Gold&Silver good money because they have value for other uses they cannot go to zero in value to civilization unless you have no food(can't eat it)but it can be used for electronics, jewelry, medicine, dental fillings, just a few valuable based things it can do &"buy";credit/debt(RFIDchip?)a fiction of mind only "discharges" obligations "stakeholders".

  • Values Voters are just these uptight, stubborn, "we control everything or else" mental defects. They want to run the world by forcing their hateful bigotry to everyone and making you believe in the same non existent invisible man in the sky that they believe in. Ridiculous to even care about these useless creatures. Ron Paul shouldn't have used the bible as proof though. God kills millions on the basis of just about nothing several times in the scripture

  • I thought Christians were supposed to be against usary? They are a bunch of Jews pretending to be Christians.

  • So two verses in the Bible give us the instruction to run a country of 300 million people from thousands of different cultures? There are sure a lot of boos at the Values Debate. Is politeness a value? How about freedom of opinion? I can't believe Ron Paul is arguing for the gold standard -- where has he been for the past one hundred years?

  • Umm, mechanismbusboy, Ron Paul actually understand very well the history of economy--do some homework on: Fractional Reserve Lending, the Federal Reserve (central bank) system, inflation, and the value of the us Dollar for the last 100 years (its on wikipedia).

  • Touché Turbo. I consider myself a libertarian (not the capitalist kind) My attitudes on currency as a translator of value are somewhat anarchist... E.F. Schmacher says, there is something intrinsically wrong when five dollars of wheat, five dollars of shoes, five dollars of carpentry, and five dollars of oil are equal in the eyes of the capitalist market. "Insist on the primacy of qualitative distinctions." Ron Paul is shaking it up, but if you want a real democracy; vote Obama.

  • Obama's advisor during his senate carrier was no other than Robert Rubin, 30 year friend to Warren Buffet and now president of Citigroup--a bank bailed out for 41 billion by the FED. Obama's dirty-money.

  • Obama is a civil rights lawyer, a community organizer from poor south Chicago, and entered politics to change systematic inequities. Obama accepts no money from lobbyists. There will be no ex-lobbyists in his staff who will also sign contracts dis-allowing them to be lobbyists after thier service. Dirty-money? His campaign is grassroots and has literally a handful of paid staff.

  • Wiki Obama's Senate Career--its a historical fact that Robert Rubin was his policy advisor. Also check out Obama's investment history (open secrets . org is a good spot). It doesn't paint a good picture. His views on Iran are dangerous and if you read between the lines he's going to keep bases in Iraq.

  • Its researchable fact (wikipedia, for example) that Robert Rubin served as Obama's policy advisor. Look it up for yourself--look up Robert E. Rubin. Also look up Obama's investment history (open secrets . Org is a good spot). There are some shenanigans with him "not knowing" he invested over 100k into a company he was voting (in the senate) to subsidize. Also, look up Rezko and tell me again how good Obama was for the low income housing market.

  • The Bible says what government should do (1 Peter 2:13, Romans 13) and Ron Paul is the only one who's consistent with the Bible. He reminds me of God warning the children of Isreal about the dangers of government (1 Samuel 8).

  • Christians must love the Federal Reserve.

  • how can people boo him? makes my jaw drop...

  • No,theonlywoj, there is no free healthcare to sick children. However, if you throw the attorneys out of the loop, there would be fewer insurance and administrative expenses and health care would become a lot cheaper for children.

  • Thanks for this.

  • Ron Paul got booed on some of those points. Where was the Value Voters Debate?

  • Ron Paul has some good ideas, and also a lot of people tagging his name on YouTube. If he could present his ideas more eloquently, and stop bashing on "neo-cons", his campaign might actually gain some traction.

  • rePUKElicans are so stupid

they call themselves "Value Voters"? Really? Gee, what would Jesus choose? To give oil companies HUGE tax breaks, or to give sick children free healthcare? Hmmm...

Would Jesus torture? Nope. Fearmonger? Nah.

WHAT FRIGGIN VALUES??? Even Guilianis Kids hate his stupid arse. At least Hillary raised a daughter who can stand her.

btw, all the "republican states" have the highest rates of divorce and teen pregnancies.

  • get educated on Ron Paul before you group "All Republicans" Thanks!

  • there is no free healthcare to sick children. are you going to force doctors to treat people for free? or just steal more of my money, that I work hard to earn, so you can pay for their healthcare, so it's free to them but not to everyone else.

  • Christians for Wars that is sad! That makes me even frown on my religion!

  • Whats worse is that all "claimed Christians" are not really Christians. They don't understand thier is no choice in "Choose God" Free will is a man made allusion. We are free to sin but is that really free will or Bondage to sin? Any good we do is from God and God choose us before the foundation of the world. EPh.

  • Many would argue the creation of god was due to man's free will. Preach elsewhere's, the internet ain't listening.

  • Give me a break and do a little more reasearch will ya. Stop getting your info from the biggist special intrest group in DC called the Media! Few Q's! Do you beleive in the Constitution? Do you like your Liberty and Freedom? Do you like to pay 30% of you personal property i.e. wages to an illegal tax (income tax)?

  • Did you know that not one place in the tax code defines income? Our courts say its profit from corporate ventures and your wages are considered personal property! Our Constitution says your personal property is not supposed to be taxed. So go ahead keep being a lemming and follow the rest of the uneducated right off the clif. Or, open you mind and listen to the logic. You may be suprised at what you learn.

  • Absolutly agree!!! I don't get it how some people don't stop, listen and reason. I was a big "Bush" guy and a gung ho Marine. There is so much that is going on that people don't know. In Iraq we are using Depleted Uranium in our Amunitions. This stuff is highly poisionis. I am all for my fellow brother in arms. Not for this un-just cause.

  • Depleted Uranium has a half life of something like 400 billion years and our fellow Military men and women are getting sick. Not to mention the Iraqi people. The environment is getting ruined! And if people don't care about that, how can people say the are over there to save the Iraqi people. oh by the way Depleated Uranium is banned for all of the world to use! We ignore that ban!

  • Ron Pual has the most support from our military men and women. Look at the donations. Lets start being inteligent about the issues not "They attcked us" Lets blow the sxxx out of them! We can't fight a tactic, Surge my ass. We need small military groups attacking known terriosts and use inteligence to make military manuvers not shock and awe, to show the world our might. Policy has to change and the roll of Govt' has to change.

  • The American people are in a daze, because they listen to the mass media. I highly recommend watching "Orwell turning in his grave" My advice for everyone "LEARN AND PRACTICE LOGIC DON'T MAKE EMOTIONAL DECISIONS

  • Ditto from an army tanker (both DU & "Bushite").

    Good looking out there USMC.

  • civil rights acts classify people if you read the consitution youll see it says all men are created equal. we need to read what is our backbone to our republic and strickly follow it because its a blueprint for the end of tyrrany and a nation of peace . neutral. AND MOST OF ALL MONEY GET THE MONEY OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE FED AND BACK INTO CONGRESS . UNTILL THEN WE THE PEOPLE BLACK WHITE YELLOW DOESNT MATTER RED BLOODED AMERICANS ARE SLAVES TO INTERNATIONAL BANKERS!!

  • How can anyone not vote for this man? He is our last hope.

  • You just have to realize that some people reserve the right to be stupid and ignorant concerning their political views.

Most voters will watch the TV and see who the media groomed popular candidates are and then they will choose a CFR member without even knowing it. America is rather numb when it comes to politics.

    Ron Paul - 2008! Donate Nov. 5th!

  • "You just have to realize that some people reserve the right to be stupid and ignorant concerning their political views.

    [...]

    Ron Paul - 2008! Donate Nov. 5th!"

    lawl

  • I would never vote for Ron Paul. Its simple. I just don't think its possible for me to vote for that guy. I'm Canadian. I can't vote in a US election.

  • Update: Here are the top two contenders in the World Poll: (One Vote Only) - see web site at bottom of comment -- The other candidates aren't even close.

    World Vote:

    24,009 #1 Ron Paul

    12,658 #2 Barack Obama

    United States Vote:

    19,330 #1 Ron Paul

    7,602 #2 Barack Obama

Google "who would the world elect 'daught' com /" and VOTE!

  • is it just me or does ron paul have more courage than all the rest of the candidates .... including passion for the constitution

  • Attention Ron Paul supporters: We need to comment on the videos of the other candidates Republican and Democrat. Many people are still unaware that Ron Paul has a huge grassroots following. Take some time to post a message on a Romney/ Obama/ Clinton/ Huckabee/ Giuliani site. Otherwise we are just preaching to the choir.

  • Ron Paul is my hero!

  • SAIL THE STREETS FOR FREEDOM!! I ask you to go on the streets and hold signs and share Ron Paul!

  • paul is the truth, son.

  • I would vote for this man.

  • The idiots booing are the reason we America is becoming less competitive and our dollar is crashing.

  • During a Republican debate, Ron Paul was speaking & there was enormous booing from half of the audience while the other half was cheering & clapping. What was shown on the video clip, filmed from the upper balcony, was that as Dr. Paul was speaking, Giuliani was shown on one of the big screens, out of sight of the TV cameras. As soon as his face appeared, immediate and loud booing commenced.

  • Right wing "Christians" aren't the brightest or most moral voters in the US. Most are war mongering dummies.

  • sadly, this is true. they no longer understand the basic tenants of the faith they claim to follow.

  • I just spend about $70 at the Ron Paul store buying slim jim packs (informational packs), bumper stickers, and one t-shirt to wear. I plan on hitting the streets and educating the public. I encourage all to do the same at the ronpaul2008 dot com

    I want my country back!

  • Bravo, American people.

  • He has great points. Even though I'm not American I still respect what he has to say.

  • I Love Dr.Paul!!

  • REGISTER REPUBLICIAN NOW: States with OPEN primaries are now CLOSING!!

You CANNOT switch parties after OCTOBER 12 in NEW YORK and NEW HAMPSHIRE and if you are not registered as republican by then, YOU CANNOT VOTE FOR RON PAUL!!

    SPREAD THE WORD PLEASE!!!

  • Unfortunately, what you are advocating is mob rule. Remember that the MSM can easily sway 51% of the public in any one direction. Only by following a defined rule of law that embraces the individual, can we tackle the ills of society.

  • go ron paul!

  • i like Ron Paul, yet i usually hate republicans.

  • We hit 1,000,000!

  • He comes across as a high school teacher.

  • And the rest of political spectrum comes across as bad high school students...:-)

  • Ask yourselves how often someone has stood up for truth and was booed or discredited by those who were liars or those that were believiing in a lie? Ron speaks inconvienant truths.Sensibilities must be brought forward.I am thankful that Ron does this.

  • only candidate with a brain

Like Rocky, Paul is an underdog...but has tremendous power in his Constitution-based politics. In past debates, the slicksters tried to outjab him, but Paul shook their world with a few devastating blows. Now they are ducking debates...they don't want to fight him because the slugger always has a chance.

Keep Paul in the ring and he'll eventually knock out everyone. Stay on the net, stay in the streets, keep donating...it ain't over til' it's over.

  • Great speech!!!!!!

  • Try reading that again, that is an "OR" not an "AND". But thank you for proving me correct.

  • are you taking lessons from bill clinton?

if you truly believe you been proven correct, you're one delusional fucktard grasping a straw!

  • You don't get to change the definition of a word just because you don't like it. The difference between the word 'or' and the word 'and' is very important. The definition for isolationist applies very well for Ron, so that makes Ron an isolationist. It's not the worst stance in the world to take but call it what it is and stop trying to flex the English language to suit your own desires.

  • isolationist - A national policy of abstaining from political AND/OR economic relations with other countries.

    happy now shit for brains?

"Noninterventionism is not isolationism. Nonintervention simply means America does not interfere militarily, financially, or covertly in the internal affairs of other nations. It does not mean that we isolate ourselves; on the contrary, our founders advocated open trade, travel, communication, and diplomacy with other nations." Ron Paul

  • Then we agree, someone who supports free trade can still be defined as an isolationist.

Based on his speeches, the only diplomacy he would support is trade, extradition treaties and communication to prevent a breakdown of trade or prevent an act of war. I still maintain that if there is any difference between the two policies it is only the reasoning behind the theories, not the results.

  • When you are in debt, you SHOULD be an isolationist.

The US is in more debt than any other country in the world, ever.
