ron Paul talks a big game here, but don't forget, he's just as conservative on morals as the rest of the Republicans here. He just wanted to keep his libertarian base of supporters, rather than expose himself as the social conservative that he is. He's against gay marriage, against the separation of church and state, against abortion, against euthanasia, etc. He says you can't legislate virtue, but why does he want to ban gay marriage at the state levels then?

civil rights acts classify people if you read the consitution youll see it says all men are created equal. we need to read what is our backbone to our republic and strickly follow it because its a blueprint for the end of tyrrany and a nation of peace . neutral. You just have to realize that some people reserve the right to be stupid and ignorant concerning their political views.
Most voters will watch the TV and see who the media groomed popular candidates are and then they will choose a CFR member without even knowing it. America is rather numb when it comes to politics.

During a Republican debate, Ron Paul was speaking & there was enormous booing from half of the audience while the other half was cheering & clapping. What was shown on the video clip, filmed from the upper balcony, was that as Dr. Paul was speaking, Giuliani was shown on one of the big screens, out of sight of the TV cameras. As soon as his face appeared, immediate and loud booing commenced.

I just spend about $70 at the Ron Paul store buying slim jim packs (informational packs), bumper stickers, and one t-shirt to wear. I plan on hitting the streets and educating the public. I encourage all to do the same at the ronpaul2008 dot com

Its wonderful that Ron Paul respects the consitution, but sadly he is the same as every other candidate as he doesnt realise our system of representitive government is broken. There is only one candidate running for president who understands rep goverment is broken and that person is Mike Gravel. The NI4D would empower citizens as law makers and we would no longer have to depend on our representitives to make laws that affect our every day lives, we could! Power to the people! Mike Gravel 08!

Like Rocky, Paul is an underdog...but has tremendous power in his Constitution-based politics. In past debates, the slicksters tried to outjab him, but Paul shook their world with a few devastating blows. Now they are ducking debates...they don't want to fight him because the slugger always has a chance.
Keep Paul in the ring and he'll eventually knock out everyone. Stay on the net, stay in the streets, keep donating...it ain't over til' it's over.

You don't get to change the definition of a word just because you don't like it. The difference between the word 'or' and the word 'and' is very important. The definition for isolationist applies very well for Ron, so that makes Ron an isolationist. It's not the worst stance in the world to take but call it what it is and stop trying to flex the English language to suit your own desires.

Then we agree, someone who supports free trade can still be defined as an isolationist.
Based on his speeches, the only diplomacy he would support is trade, extradition treaties and communication to prevent a breakdown of trade or prevent an act of war. I still maintain that if there is any difference between the two policies it is only the reasoning behind the theories, not the results.
