  • A yummy friend invite! *licks lips*

  • I'm only getting fifteen seconds of it.

  • that's because it is

  • an epic of the soul

  • THIS SONG PUT TEARS IN MY EYES

  • it gives me hope

  • yeah i totally know what you mean!! plus it reminds me of my childhood.. every time after elementary school sitting at my grandparents house watching the wonder years!! :)

  • LOL

  • It's a rare thing when a cover eclipses the original song, a beatles song no less, but this is truly great.

  • Outstanding ! Astonishing ! Truly this Is the Language of Angels !

  • I love this song!! Lyrics are so true. I know the beatles orginally did this song but I like this version better

  • me too!

  • ow yeah the wonder years. how can i forget?!

    used to love it earlier.

  • Love it.

  • This is a great song and the Wonder years is the best show from the 80's

  • Me encanta...

  • Nostalgia...

  • Song from "The Wonder Years"!!! The intro right??

  • Indeed it is.

  • I miss that show!!! Oh, Fred

  • Mr. Jimmy Page on Guitar

  • i never really knew that till yesterday i also didn't john paul jones played on "hurdy gurdy man" by Donovan

  • good call great smoking song

  • Brilliant high-music :)!

  • much better than the beatles version much more soul in joes voice and the song has a slower beat

  • this is probably my favorite song... His vocals just put me in complete awe... ♥

  • jimmy page of Led Zeppelin on lead guitar... magnificent

  • defanetly

  • i loved the wonder years :(

  • I love to kinda hear the pain in joe's voice that is what gives him his soulful touch. But i have to say i prefer this one over the beatle version.k

  • wats better the beatles version or the joe cocker

  • Joe Cocker

  • I agree. It's one of the few cover songs that's actually better (or at least equal) to the original.

  • Actually i think Joe Cocker is The guy when it comes to covers...like With a little help from my friends and Unchain my heart and so on....

  • great vid ;) :D but the song is fantastic! perfect cover!

  • Excelent!

  • I admit I often dislike cover songs, but this is by far the best cover of any song I've ever heard. Its very soulful and powerful. This is essential listening for anyone who appreciates music.

  • i agree its not often you can say the beatles have been over shadowed by their own song and i think they have

  • agreed.

  • *waves lighter*

  • awsome song!

  • I love this song, It brings back memories from when I was a kid and would stay up late to watch the re-runs of Wonder Years

  • i miss watching the wonder years re-runs :(

they replaced it on the channel they used to play it on like 2 years ago

  • The best version of this song ever, even better than the original. This version really rocks. By the way, the great keyboardist STEVIE WINWOOD played the organ.

  • I agree... too bad there isn't a video of the recording. Joe Cocker has a great "stagemanship".

  • Not to mention Jimmy Page on guitar...

  • love the song!!! not really digging the girls in the background... hahaha

  • dude, they made the song so nostalgic!

  • Thanks! I've been looking for this version. It's the best! I also loved the show Wonder Years and how they used it at the beginning and end with the old film clips of the family movies spliced in. Wish I could find that on here.

  • One of the best Beatles cover ever. It's sounding like a different new song.

Jimmy Page (future Led Zeppelin) plays the lead guitar in the intro !!!

  • love that song <3
