i live near the wake forest (wakefield) area and i was watching the tornado just sideswipe downtown on wral. a little bit after they said it was headed right for our area the power went out and it started to hail. me, my mom, my dad, and my cat all managed to stuff into our pantry. i have fm radio on my cell so we used that too to see which way it was headed. we could hear that roar everyone talks about and then when it was over we came out and within minutes it was sunny and blue skies! crazy..
@LexNets93 lol ikr!!!!!!! i was on the phone with my friend and she said go into your bathroom now now!!!!its coming towanrds winchester!!!!!!!!(where ilive)and i startedn freaking out cause i was home alone i ran upstairs got my cat and was on the hone with my freinend then we loost connection i stayed ion the bathroom for 30 minutes i let my cat out went out saide called my nmom then we played out side tell 9:00 and this was on my 10 birthday
