The king of the Mountain is/was worn by a special group of 'mountain dancers' such as Robert Millar, Steven Rooks, Gert-Jan Theunisse, Michael Rasmussen, Richard Virenque, Laurent Jalabert and many others. They to me belong to an elite group who can endure endless pain and punishments...
I don't drink anymore, but I used to really be into this chianti that was made from organic grapes. I can't remember the exact details of it, but my pallet definately leans towards sharper, tart reds.
I have to comment about the shirt also, it makes you look like a cupcake or something, haha. Great shirt and cool videos mate.
Italians make more sharper, zingy, higher acidity wines. The reason: They make wines to compliment their food especially much Italian food are rich, cheesy and fatty. The perfect marriage with a high acidic wine! Glad you like the shirt! I do too...especially when I climb with my bike with friends...
I seem to get more commenst about the cycling shirt than the wine itself! Watch the Tour de France and you will see this shirt especially on the mountain stages!
Thanks - this is the King of the Mountain jersey from the famous Tour de France race. I do a lot of fairly serious cycling with friends for many years.
