Can someone imagine turning this thing into its previous form? Rescuing this would mean cutting original body from the rest and elimination of the taint in every cell. In such colossal stomache ograns have to be huge, so transplantation of normal sized organs wolud be necessary. I see no hope for legs, but for face plastic surgery is only solution.

@sleepy131993 It's a Bioware game duh, Plus the PC version difficulty is much harder then the 360/PS3 version's that Pause and play is a god sent here, don't believe me try it your self as I sold my 360 one to get the PC version as it was too easy (on the 360) much more enjoyable on the PC as I'm a hardcore Baldur's Gate fan, the only Bioware game I play on the 360 is Mass Effect 1,2 and soon 3

if u want to know where to get that armor u get it by killing all he wierd darkspawn in the fade in black marsh, they are guarding a chest (there are three chests in total) when u kill them it says some thing about u having an affect on the real world and you can obtain the armour there.

its easy to solo brood mother from a distance with a mage,

after the dialogue run back to the start of the room leave all chars (the mage steps into the front, not to faraway ofc) at the very entrance so the tentacles reach only slightly

then hold down the 2 waves of hachlings and ur prity much done, after that its just nuking with large aoe spells

u can kill the dragon before the lair by soloing with a mage 2, just have good resistances

Awakening is kinda bad game comparing to DAO, and very, very easy, it even isn't funny. beat the game on nightmare, without any problems.

Even in original DAO you don't need to use potions most of the time (on nightmare), if you have enough of crowd-control spells. in awakening the situation is even worse.

Yes, if you collect all of the crystals and put them in the crystal sockets along the passageway to get to this boss, it activates a bunch of abilities that you are able to use. However, most of them are AOE damage and can do friendly fire.

I had success defeating this boss by getting my party as far away from the mother as possible, and then killing one of her tentacles. Before the children begin crawling out, i casted a fire storm or an ice storm to in

flict the most damage to them before they got to me. Then systematically killed them, and repeating this until all tentacles are dead. Then, equip ranged weapons with all my characters and hit the mother from afar. That way she can't hit you with her tentacles. It works on normal

Shriekers = Elven Broodmothers

Ogres = Qunari Broodmothers

Genlocks = Dwarf Broodmothers

At least for the time being, no one has ANY idea which "type" the Architect is. he might even be a new/unheard of type.

Read the Reproduction section and you'll see that your info is incorrect. It's also explained in the Codex IN the game, but for ease of providing proof, please review the information in that page and you'll see that there ARE different types of broodmothers for each darkspawn species.

@nataliaoaks143 It's never stated that they came from THAT specific broodmother. That specific one we fought in the Deep Roads was, specifically, a dwarven broodmother.

It's Bioware's character design/lore. Don't like it? Take it up with them. But the OFFICIAL data--IN the game--states very clearly that each species of darkspawn comes from a broodmother of a certain race. Go review your in-game Codex if you don't believe me. Read the entries on Darkspawn.
