  • Is this a party or a protest?

  • in 1:53 is One World Trade Center?

  • Kick out occupy wall street! Poorly organized and I bet you over half of the protesters that are there don't even care about the cause.

  • Here is my contribution to the movement.... so far. Pass it along.

    youtube.com/watch?v=h6xrMZwnS-o

    Worth watching...

  • Please Someone should Make the Iprotest app.

  • they need to storm CNN!!

  • another example of the few controlling the many

  • Where is the PEACE of mind for those who suffer most? Forward the Revolution!!!

  • A million? I want 300 million. I want every person in this fucking country to wake up, to realize that this is not about liberalism or conservatism or political beliefs, to realize that is a debate for another time. That now is the time for us all to unite against our common enemy: Wall Street, The Federal Reserve, the top 1% who have bought our government and laugh at our attempts to change it. 300 million. It will take all of us to rip the smiles off of their faces.

  • Tipping points are a beautiful thing.

  • THIS VIDEO AND PARTS 1 & 3 ARE ABOUT TO BE APPROVED FOR REVENUE SHARING - It is not my desire to personally benefit monetarily from this since my participation in the protest is VOLUNTARY & ALTRUISTIC in nature. Thus, I vow to make all advertising proceeds gained from this video directly benefit #Occupywallstreet. In other words - I get a check from Youtube? I give it to OWS. I promise this. So PLEASE promote this video, up its views, comment, and click on the ads if you feel so inclined!

  • @thisheartisfluid what exactly are you fighting for? poor people aren't poor because rich people are rich, as a matter of fact i can't recall a single poor person giving me a job

  • @footballplayerrapist This protest is about getting people to wake up, to not sit back and let government continue to work on our economic issues because gov't is corrupt by the money-influencing power of the 1%, to demand significant changes that start reducing the power of the 1%, and to place democracy back in the hands of "The People." The point is to do this without the interest of corporate America in mind, but with the interest of real people and lives in mind. We want a true democracy.

  • @thisheartisfluid so you were against capitalism before you were for it?

  • @egeek10 Never did I say I was AGAINST capitalism. But I do believe that it is currently failing and we need to put something more sustainable in its place. Plus, clicking on an ad does not mean people will actually buy anything. I see this opportunity (revenue sharing to earn money for OWS) as exploiting the system for what it is worth to help in the achievement of something better down the road.

  • UPDATE: 5 of the 700 arrested protesters have filed a lawsuit against Mayor Bloomberg and the NYPD for a violation of their constitutional rights! see the washington post article in the video description!

  • This time we most flood from both sides and shrouded the cops "dogs of the feds if I may" and not let them leave or cross join us. Much love. The Truth

  • Keep it going guys! Support from Europe!

  • YOU,LL NEED A MILLION TO BRING DOWN THE FED AND ANOTHER ONE TO KICK OUT OBAMA !!YOU,LL DO IT IT,S NOW OR NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A peaceful protest ...o dear.....well that wont work ........FORWARD THE REVOLUTION MUTHAFUCKERS NO REMORSE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING... YES IT IS>>> AWESOME

  • @finisher3x You are fighting yesterday's battle. There is a crass expression, "we are all n*ggas to them." People of all backgrounds are out there. You're probably pissed cause you were inconvenienced by this action. You don't think the white people in the south felt "inconvenienced" when black people said the time has come for things to be different? Change is never going to be convenient. Have the foresight to see that a better day will come because of todays difficulties. Bet u r the 99% 2.

  • no dick head dark man they were arrested because the govt told them to arrest them trapping people on a bridge is not police work and Itchamo has a valid point she is there every day get off your lazy crackhead ghetto nigger ass and do something besides whine like a bitch and smoke crack

  • Imagine looking back at this event in the history books. Global Unity. First time ever. We are part of it!

  • Had a bunch of Black people done this . . the Mayor would've bombed the bridge and killed everybody. Glad white people can get away with this.

  • @finisher3x there were people there of every race, every age, every religion...strength in diversity, my friend!

  • @finisher3x Black folks ARE getting together in large numbers... to beat up white people. Flash mobs of blacks are happening all over the country and the cops don't do a damn thing about it.

  • Look at that unpainted rusty old bridge, the stimulas money was supposed to pay for our infrastructure but we never saw a dime of it, it was stolen by the mega banks.

  • Ánimo a todos los que pelean contra la presión y desfachatez de la especulación capitalista.

  • "When it gets down to having to use violence, then you are playing the system's game. The establishment will irritate you - pull your beard, flick your face - make you fight. Because once they've got you violent, then they know how to handle you. The only thing they don't know how to handle is non-violence and humor." - John Lennon

  • @thisheartisfluid i agree to a certain extent.the founding fathers had to resort to violence to get and maintain the liberties of this country,it was only brought upon using arms.i dont condone that but sometimes thats the only way.protests are good but they will only listen for but so long.after that they will either get violent themselves or start locking up even more people.look at history.and contrary, the only thing they dont know how to handle is VIOLENCE..when its coming from all sides

  • @GNut1980 You pose a very interesting argument. I think a good example of this debate is depicted in the movie V for Vendetta. [V]iolence (ha!) was definitely not ruled out in achieving V's goals. But he also used many other well-thought out social (in a sense, manipulative) tactics that were non-violent to achieve revolution. I think there are many different effective ways to induce change - violence may or may not be one of them depending on the circumstances.

  • there is a plan numb nuts maybe if you weren't so lazy you would have seen it it's just all over the net ffs

as far as leaders are concerned everyone is a leader following stupid leaders are what got this country fucked in the first place

instead of crying and whining like little girls why you do something hmmm there are protests going on in 8 or 9 states right now so why don't you take your brilliant ideas of how you would have done it and go do it in da bronx

  • @Itchamo, you are like a spoiled rich kid with a new car. You have something big and fancy and don't know have to drive it. Because of lack of leadership 800+ were arrested for nothing. If 800+ has to go to jail for the cause, then let it be for something big. You guy let NYPD trick you on the bridge. You fell for the oldest trick in the book. They call it "giving you rope to hang yourself".

  • @Itchamo, no sir, you take my plan and use it. I have many more were that came from.

  • The Tea party? Yeah Right. That is like sleeping with the enemy. They use all their time and money to elect the same people who protect Wall Street Thugs. You guys should watch Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC.

  • I wonder did they ever thought about starting a Political Action Committee (PAC). Look at the Teabaggers. In three years they change the face of Washington and those people are loser. More people can relate to Occupy Wall Street, but the Tea-party holds more power.

  • Adelante, compañeros americanos. De norte a sur de este a oeste, la lucha sigue, cueste lo que cueste.

  • @FRASKITOLIVE en la solidaridad, mi amigo.

  • we do not need or want mainstream media coverage, fuk um... we were never complaining about the lack of coverage just pointing out the evil mouths that spews the corporations bullshit

  • Slogan shouting is not going to get the job done. You have to overwhelm the wall Street court system. If they arrest 700+ let that number rise to 2000+ You think they will have space for all of those people. Right now the Mayor is dismissing you guys as a kids with nothing to do. The reason is that is how you look. Lack of leadership is the reason why. Ever great movement had a face to it. Who is charge of this cluster?

  • REvoluttion baby

  • Occupy Wall Street is leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants. From their website. HA! leaderless resistance movement. You guys need a leader and plan.

  • How can CNN be talking about Michael Jackson, when there is a FUCKING REVOLUTION in New York City!?

  • @Raajur CNN is against this. some of their coverage has been shameful.

  • These are Anarcho-socialists at work....

When folks attack the rich, the big government smiles - the populace anger is diverted. Trade unions demand stuff by blackmailing politicians; politicians yield and pass regulations and entitlements; the companies become unprofitable; in order to keep businesses from closing, the politicians select monopolies with big labor and prop them with tariffs, regulations and bail outs. Weak minded blame the rich instead of looking into mirror.

  • @BunnySwanson yea, the t-party SHOULD join us! they are a part of the 99% too. and as much as we hate it, the other 1% also need to be on our side. they are negatively impacted by the inequality in this country too (just in different ways). the sooner the 1% realize that, the sooner the 99% will be heard.

  • this is the most beautiful, inspiring times I have experienced in the 22 years in the US. For the first time in my life as an immigrant I really mean these words "I AM PROUD OF BEING AMERICAN"

  • Who ever organize this protest did it all wrong. I would have done this 7AM Monday morning at multiple locations. ( Mid town Tunnel, BQE, FDR, Subway stations). The Staten Island Ferries would have been full of Occupy Wall Street Protesters. The first thing on the News would have been Occupy Wall Street Protest bring NYC to its knees. That is how you get media coverage. You guys talk about you do not have any media coverage: Its your fault. Go Big or go home

  • @Darkmanskin OWS is JUST beginning to make moves. This isn't just one singular protest, there have been and will be many different ones, organized by various people, spread out over the next several weeks. Just wait. Or don't wait and, rather, DO something. If you have big ideas, share them with the organizers directly or join in physically. I don't know where you live, but people are traveling to NYC or else organizing in their own cities. Get involved rather than just being critical.

  • @thisheartisfluid I just gave you a an idea. Do that and I can bet the first thing on every News outlet will be Occupy Wall Street. Remember we live in NYC. The rules are Play hard or go home!

  • @Darkmanskin wish I was an organizer! then you would be making the right connection. but even if i was an organizer, i still would say getting directly involved is the best way to go! if you're in NYC, try to go to at least one event in the next several weeks. you'll have more influence by putting your body into action.

  • @Darkmanskin yea big voice while you sit behind your computer screen. Criticize all you want but it's us sticking up for you still, we are marching , we are protesting, you are just whinning on how we are not doing it right. GET OFFF YOU ASS AND WAKE UP

  • @fedthefukup, see you think people yelling slogans are going to get your point across. Sir, you are wrong. You have to hit them were hurt. (Non-violent) IN THEIR POCKETS! In addition you guys don't face of the cause. WHO IS IN CHARGE! You guys need a leader. Fine one fast!

  • @Darkmanskin And how many days have you been down there? You are aware this started on Sat. 17 Sept 2011 at 6 am aren't you? So how many days have you been there? And what did you bring back when you left and returned for the protesters?

  • @Itchamo None and No. The first time I heard of you guys is when you got your ass kicked by the NYPD. How is that my fault. I live in the Bronx and I never to to Wall Street. The Fault lie with Occupy Wall Street. These guys did not have a plan. There plan is to sit in front of a building until they are heard by the Wall Street Thugs. HA! Do you really thing Wall Street is going to talk to you? Yeah OK, Go with my plan.

  • @Itchamo None and Nope. Not my fault you guy can't get yourself on the News.

  • @Darkmanskin that would work if the main stream media did it's job. They had a van parked in occupy wall street all day long and report nothing.

  • @shadowlesswalls, Stop it with the Main Steam Media. Don't wait for them to do their job. My plan would make them do there job. 700+ went to jail for nothing. Come Monday morning you are not going to here a thing in the News. You guys took a bridge for a few hours. I say Take a City for a morning. You make so the Wall Street Thugs can not get in to work. The Dow Jones would drop in early morning trading.

  • @Darkmanskin for now it's about gaining numbers then if that don't work i'm sure that is the typical next step .. and hopefully not but the same as greece after that..

  • @shadowlesswalls.How are you going to get those number? You Tube and the Brooklyn Bridge. No my friend, that is not going to work? Step1: Find a leader step 2: You have do something that will force the media to cover your cause. Like taking the City. Step3: STOP SCARING OLD PEOPLE! . You guys sound like Communist. Old people feel like you are trying to over throw the government. Remind people you are not anti- American. Where are you American Flags?

  • @Darkmanskin I am old but not stupid, I know the gov has lied to us, we are not being protected by our government. The gov is the tyrant and something must be done. I am a Vietnam vet! and you are so stuuupid because you think that old people is scared? we fought, we died, WE ARE HEROS!!!! THE YOUNG IS THE ONE AFFRAID, JUST LIKE YOUR ARE!

  • @quebestiadecarro First I would like to say from one military man to another. Thank you For your service. Now lets get to the point. I am talking about why they are not getting any media coverage. I stand by everything that I said no here today. I have spent the last few hour going over YouTube Video and its a hot steaming mess. They do not have a plan and they don't have a leader. They have to control how the are viewed by the public. I want to see more American Flags.

  • @Darkmanskin well, then you ARE THE MEN!

  • @quebestiadecarro, Oh No, they need a clean cut person. Some one with a face made for TV. They need someone who is smart and charming. They need some who does not sound like a slogan shouter. You can just have someone yelling something is broken and not know have to fix it. Fox News guys would eat them up. That the guy you need.

  • @Darkmanskin Oh yea, Lawrence fights for justice and can be a strong leader. But dont know if he is interested in being a real part or a Leader. Maybe you can be a leader, you have the words and have good ideas!

  • @quebestiadecarro. Nope not me. The leader have to be a good looking white guy or gal. They have to appeal you the entire country not just NYC.

  • They need a spokesperson some one who can articulate what they stand for. They need a leader to to set goals, and plans. They can not just tell people to be somewhere and that it. 700+ sent to the slaughter house for a 30 second on the Morning News. Sir, I not stupid, but the way they are going about this is.

  • @Darkmanskin tHERE IS PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD FIGHTING AGAINST THE BANKS AND WALLSTREET, WHY MUST BE CARRY THE AMERICAN FLAG? THIS IS A WORLD EVENT YOU FAG!

  • @quebestiadecarro, I'm not gay, but if I was what would be the big deal. You say that people all over the world is fighting the banks. Yes, you are right, but this war is happening here. During WW2 many nations fought under their flag to fight Hitler.

  • @Darkmanskin I dont care if you are gay or not, I was referring to being soft, like you need to many things to do something. You can go and do something or do nothing. Ok, then probably some poeple just dont want to have a US flag until something is done and America can become America again. Sorry if I was rude!

  • @quebestiadecarro Sir I am not soft. I just now how to fight smart. When fighting a war you have to win the hearts and mind of the people. And sounding like you want to take over the government is not going to work. Let people know that the fight is Americans(We The People) VS Wall Street. BTW...You guys still need a leader.

  • @shadowlesswalls, and stop people from wearing mask! That's dumb

  • @Darkmanskin well you probably know about the mask and it's meaning by now. Considering the tech we have now a days with face recognition software we all should be wearing one. To each his own.. but holloween nears ..

  • @shadowlesswalls So What! Who care about face recognition software! In a fight for freedom there is no need to hind behind a mask. Let the world to your face! Let them see the faces who are willing to fight Wall Street Thugs!

  • @shadowlesswalls two options: no masks or everyone must wear a mask! But I agree, they will make sure that the few leaders get somekind of jailtime or be killed before there is a big RE in place!

  • I guess all the Starbucks were empty during this.

  • Crazy man @ 8:07

  • Crazy lady at 6.00

  • @Darkmanskin man at 6:00, actually. and not crazy, SMART for avoiding arrest. several others followed before they could barricade more people from doing so.

  • also, it wasn't as high up as this video makes it look!

  • if corporations are people and the laws apply to them the same>> then they should be arrested for inciting violence.

  • It's about time people get pissed. I hate those money for nothing bastards.

  • It's easy to remain peaceful before the bullets start flying. Police are trained to fire rubber bullets at protesters as a non-violent to response. One idiot yells gun and all the police will draw their weapons. The rest is inevitable.Besides, if there was any violence, both police and the protesters are committed not to report such things, so the rest of us who aren't there will probably never know what happened (other than the story reported by the police).

  • This is amazing !

  • It's only a matter of time before the protesters fight back physically.

  • @MigrantBrute what makes you say/think that? that would completely defeat the purpose of this. those who truly understand this protest and represent #occupywallstreet will not be violent.

  • @thisheartisfluid A great man once said " Those who make peace revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable".

  • @MigrantBrute and if that proves true, then so be it, we'll see what works best. V for Vendetta shows that sometimes violence in the end is necessary to affect true change. But I still have to question it - the ol' eye for an eye...yay or no?

  • @thisheartisfluid I think that will depend on how the government handles it, but there have been successful peaceful revolutions in the past lead by great people such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi . In V for Vendetta V was the leader of that revolution. Anything could happen.

  • Continue the fight people!!! Don't let America become China or North Korea!

    -An American in China

  • You must learn how to FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES against the cops who violate your rights PERSONALLY. Then sue him personally as well.

Listen to RULE OF LAW RADIO M and TH 8-10 central and F 8-midnight to learn how to do what your lawyer can't and won't do for you.

Listen to their free archive from 9-30-11 and they explain what you can do!

  • :::IT HAS BEGUN:::

  • Hey, don't you need a permit for that sort of thing? ;o)

  • @LuMagazine yes, but most people assumed that the police were allowing it since it was a publicly planned protest AND because the cops walked the protesters up the bridge about 1/3 of the way as if they were protecting/escorting them, not stopping/deterring them.

  • @LuMagazine The sentiment may just be, "Before you go enforcing pedestrian laws and ordinances, why not go and arrest the criminals on Wall Street who are ON RECORD committing massive FRAUD to the tune of up to $1500TRILLION." But they always see the people as the bigger problem. If they would enforce the bigger laws and get the real criminals in NYC, there would be no protest.

  • @LuMagazine

Who cares about permits? Did Wall street get a permit to rob us blind?

  • @chamaflauge I was kidding! Gesh... lighten up. Freedom of assembly doesn't mean the right to apply and be denied a permit. Too deadpan for you maybe...

  • @chamaflauge see smiley face?

  • @CliveSinclairZX and it was. even when the cops were pushing, we remained peaceful.

  • Comment removed

  • Even the dogs know our government is corrupt.

  • peaceful resistance is key
