people are sy gulable and will beleave anything you dont feel refreshed from the hypnotysm it is the fact that he is telling you to sit and breath and be calm. in ordinary everyday life we dont just do that so it makes you feel relaxed.. and the swirl makes you feel relaxed because it is a consistant pattern that doesnt change or have any spikes in movement.... if you just sat in a quiet room and in a comfy chair once a day and just breathed and closed your eyes you would feel relaxed every day.

wow, that was cool. I really got hypnotized, feel refreshing afterward, just like taking a "conscious" nap. Don't really feel too differently about romance/ love, but haven't really tested out yet, but it nice to at least feel relax and stress free for a little bit here. Try it, no harm done!
