There is no way you can get to the strip in less than 20 minutes. I lived there and work on the strip, I know for a fact. The HOA is totally impossible there. There is no parking on the street. The home owners hate renters. Dont expect to feel "welcome to the nieghborhood". With that said, this home is over priced, It may be worth 15-1600 rent. Your electric bill for this home in the summer will easily run you 4-500 dollars a month.
