@chicphysique The TRX is attached to an eyebolt in the ceiling. It could just as easily been attached to another pole but this is just where we had it attached for just doing TRX exercises. I am often dreaming up different exercises to do; some work, others... not so much!

Ahah! So that's your secret, LOL! I always watched your pole work with such envy of your core--it didn't even seem possible to have such even toned musculature all around the mid section like that with what you could do on the floor with calisthenics--or weights! How is it secured? Ceiling? A frame? Is it general fitness equipment, or favored for use for certan sports and/or circus aerialism? It's very intriguing, I'll have to check it out! Nice to see a video from you again, missed you!
