it is spanish, have you ever heard of "la real academia" española? research it. becuase if you think that's not spanish, then who knows what language you've been speaking. i'll give you an example, just because people speak english differently in the states or in canada or in britain does that mean that their not speaking english? sayings and accents are different even in differet regions of spain, but it's still the same language.
