hey, after i setup the dual boot, i reboot and go into iatkos and then the white screen with the apple and the spinning circle come up and then the computer reboots, it wont get past the apple with the spinning thing...

way you will boot into your Leo partition. Use osx86 Tools Utility to 'Install EFI'; select Chameleon. It is likely your Hard drive is 0, my Leo partition is 3. On reboot, you should have a working Darwin bootloader and the Vista entry should work; you might find it is named 'Foreign boot'.

This might not work for everyone. Back up your data, first. Better to reinstall Vista from scratch - if an option. Some say Vista 32 can't work on GUID but it works for me. p.s. BUY Leopard.

For some reason the process I have listed works better with Netkas EFI than Chameleon, so disregard the Chameleon suggestion and go with Netkas EFI for now; install Chameleon afterward if needed.

With Chameleon, when you try and repair Vista it confuses Vita repair, which will say it can't save.

if u have a second hard drive you should just try installing it clean if ur worried about ur software on ur XP. Of course if u dont, id say this is pretty risky, back your xp up. This isnt ur everyday computer software installation.

Ok. I got it to work without using a vista or XP cd at all. I manage to use the recovery partition option from the bios to access command prompt. Everything is working now but I don't see a transparent menu bar and I can't get internet. Any ideas Orteginho?

if your resolution is right and you video card works it's going to be ok so go to system preferences and click on desktop and screen saver then go to desktop and click on the transparent menu bar.

Hey i installed everything no problem, the only thing is my wireless is not working i have sound, that option that comes out in your video did not show up in mine set up. I'm installing it in an HP dv2500, i'm pretty sure it has the same wireless card you do. I also remember selecting the wireless patch, is there anyway you can check that or reinstall it. I just discovered that the Graphics Update did mess my system up... i can get anything like Move or iDvd or my DVD software to work... i guess that means reinstall to get rid of the update :(
