All doctors want to do is give you pills, injections and steriods. They don't work long term. One of the best topical treatments my friends and I have found is Okika Polynesian Butter Cream, from Orchids of Hawaii. There's no synthetic chemicals or junk in it. From the first time, no itching & the redness starts to fade, the flaking diminishes & it's all natural, very healing and theraputic. It cleared up my friends severe Psoriasis that she suffered with all over her body (for 40 years).

Psoriasis could be triggered by a number of factors even if the disease goes into remission. The # 1 cause is stress. I tried this new psoriasis treatment and it has worked for me to cure my 25 year old plaque psoriasis in three weeks. Psoriasis new treatment (no spaces) dot com works on both the root causes and treatment of psoriasis flare-ups by natural means. It involves liver detoxing and super immunity boosting, lifestyle changes, psoriasis diets and plenty of other stuff.

I have psoriasis which used to cover a large portion of my body, but ever since I have gone for UV light treatment (twice a week for about 10 minutes), my psoriasis has completely dissapeared.
I believe mine started by ingesting to much alcohol. (I won't drink again btw), also since milk seems to be some evil for my skin I'll just stop drinking it and go into drinking more and more water.
@nielsz1972 actually, according to dr dahlman, it's the opposite. i got his report, & he says it's usually the protein fraction of milk that causes problems, he says butter is usually fine.
Most medical companies just want to treat the skin problem not cure it so that I doesn’t come back. If they did cure it they would loose huge money. That goes for the Pharmaceutical companies it’s a multi Billion dollar Business. The American institute of Advance Medicine has a patented proven cure for most skin Diseases. Test studies have shown that an all natural product called "Polynesian Buttercream" really helps to heal and reverse most cases of psoriasis and eczema. The results are amazing. It's made by Orchids Of Hawaii. They use all natural plants, nuts, oils, etc. You can email them at OrchidsOfHawaii at yahoo com
@deadlyorgans order the free psoriasis report from his website. it lists the supplements he recommends. foods will be individual based on a very specific blood test he recommends, but while you're waiting, i think he says to cut out wheat & dairy.
Mine has just started six weeks ago, it's on my forehead and spreading. My mother had it for years, my father just got it this past year and my siblings have it. We all live in different areas of the country and have different diets. I do not have dairy in my diet, but eat lots of sugar and not enough water. I will clean up diet and see if that works. Thank you for this video. It looks like a good place to start.
think i found a cure for psoriasis...fish oil supplements seem to work wonders...!!!...100% gone for months now...and this is not an ad by the way...am speaking from personal experience...hoping this will help some if not all psoriasis sufferers...diet is of course also key...omegas in general seem to be essential...stay a way from cortisone!!!

I had psoriasis for 9 years and I managed to cured. Main factor for my success was changing my diet. I highly recommend you check out this site: PsoriasisFreeInDays, com. There's some great information.. I don't know if it will work for you as well as it did for me though. You'll have to try it for yourself to find out..
Hi I developed psoriasis about 6 years ago. It started on my right foot went up my legs and other parts of my body. I do eat very well fresh, organic food, I ma vegeterian (42 years ) I went on a 30 day vege diet and juice I gave up sugar only have it on both feet now. I will give up dairy.
I believe I have this. It occurs in the back of my ear, skin flaking off. And I'm afraid to say this, but does obesity have anything to do with my condition?
@v1ck11 quackwatch is a laughable & bigoted site that presumes to speak with authority on subjects & treatment modalities with which the authors have no experience. it is an obvious front for the pharmaceutical/medical industries, promoting fear of disease, distrust of nature & the body's ability to heal itself when given the right circumstances, & the mindsets of 1) treat the symptoms rather than the cause & 2) poison, burn, or cut the disease out of the body.
I've had Psoriasis since I was three when I got scaulded by a pot of coffee. Its hereditary, four of my brothers have it, I have it, my sister had it, my dad has Psoriatic Arthritis.
It covers 70% of my body and have used steroids like dovebate etc for over 16 years now almost constantly. Ultravoilet light works wonders but once it takes everything away the scars remain and eventually turn red and then into scale once again.
i have guttate psoriasis and it is absolutely horrible. it from my waist down to my anckles. it is sooo freakin annoying. i feel like little pinches then i'll scratch and i'll break out it red dots and rashes. nothing is worse than having it on your arm pits or groin. groin is worst for me because it is painful and sensitive. i just use cortizone for now.
Previously, I have looked into nutrition, vitamins and minerals because I feel certain my diet somehow plays a role. Lately, I have been looking into liver health. I will now look very hard at food allergies. Also, I'm going to jump on some variety of probiotics since the GI problem outlined here would also explain what I have been looking for. Thanks for the good direction, Doc. Everything out there is so symptom related and to me, that is a mal-practice! I have to treat the ROOT CAUSE first!
Diet and supplements have absolutely nothing to do with it and I would be interested to see reputable reports where this claim is made. I eat a very clean and healthy diet and take very good care of myself and it has made no difference to my condition.
@mettabee Family history is common. it may also involve genetic and immunological alterations. Diet can help assist in the treatment process and foods such as dairy can make it worst. Everyone is different when is comes to exacerbating the condition...
I agree with holistic doctor; dairy is bad for anyone with psoriasis. I was experiencing joint pain and it was getting worse until my daughter told me to eliminate all dairy. I noticed the difference after about 3 days. I rarely have any pain at all now. Dairy is very inflammatory for people with psoriasis and there are many people who don't realize that dairy is a culprit of some of their health problems.

People are experiencing allergies, asthma, psoriasis, etc. at a much earlier age then ever before. It's thought that children and people who are in their 20's, 30's, 40's, were exposed to toxins, irritants and carcinogens, at a much earlier age, thereby making them much more susceptible to certain disorders. There are children with more types of lethal cancers then previously. Technology & manufacturing is a wonderful thing but it's slowing killing us all. Some faster than others.
Autoimmune disorders run in my family. There are at least 5 relatives in my family who suffer with Psoriasis and Hypothyroidism (low thyroid). I have Psoriasis only mildly, but my daughter has it much worse. My daughter finally has Psoriasis under control & that is only by living on a gluten & dairy free diet. She also learned that tomatoes, sauce & peppers were also causing major flare-ups. Very discouraging at first, but she's adapted. She still has it bad on her feet though.
i have scalp psoriasis. i first started realizing it when i hit puberty and it has progressively gotten worse to a point where my hair has thinned out and where it bleeds. my diet isnt the healthiest. i dont really like vegetables and i am a major sweet tooth. what can i do to help my scalp get back to its normal condition?
I had psoriasis for like 9 years but luckily I managed to get rid of it just last year following the guide from PsoriasisFreeInDays, C0M. I'm really happy now so yeah I highly recommend this guide to anyone.
my father had it, & now i have it , i was developed when i was in my 20`s now i am 40, i recently had a daugter, she is now 8 weeks old & i can see lumps of skins patches on her sculp ...plze help!
I have the scalp version of this Psoriasis, it sucks but my advice for guys is 1st, keep your hair as short as possible, the one thing I dont do, 2nd, get out in the sun, dont wear a hat while outdoors, also something I tend to forget about, the hat. 3rd thing is, dont let it get you down...... I dont, and am married, never stopped me from doing anything.....
yeah , I used Dovobet , it was good while it lasted and my skin was smooth like a baby however it came back on the forehead and it was a little expensive. But I also found out that Dovobet was made from vitamin D derivatives so now I will be taking loads of vitamin D which is much cheaper anyways.
Yes, in some ways psoriasis is not lifelong in the sense that it doesn't always flare up. I can have ears where mine doesn't flare up but then when it comes, it's always located in the same location.
I got it. I went to a dermologist here in Florida and the nurse practicor told me that it was a condication that I have to live with. She also told me to get out in the sun!
for scalp Psoriasis i recomend u use xamiol gel! i used it and my scalp was perfectly clear in less than a week! P.s . leave it on over night. Thanks.
what ticks me off as a sufferer is that we have to be saint-like in our diets, i wish i didnt have to be so perfect, it is realy hard to keep it up, makes you want to cut loose & have icecream & a big greasy burger!
8- Avoid T/Gel Shampoo as it causes a dizziness for time being.
Note: I did exercise in the SUN light with and without wearing cloth. But I have noticed wearing cotton cloths during exercise HELPS me ALOT. So naked Sun Bath may cause a problem.
I had Psoriasis on most of my body from top to down. I get the rid from it except little bit on my head. In last 20 years I have examined my body behavior, activity and diet and find out the solution for it.
1- Drink water 8-10 glasses/ day
2- Sweating is really good. So prefer some exercise or walk.
i have plaque psoriasis and do you think that my psoriasis is due to milk? as a child ive drunk milk all the time and had no problem but i started to develop psoriasis as puberty kicked in and now as a teen i still drink milk daily im guessing that all this chemical change in my body caused me to get psoriasis
@asktheholisticdoctor I'm 38 now and haven't had dairy products since I was diagnosed with and allergy to them at 17. Diet has nothing to do with psoriasis, if anything studies say stress does it but they really have no idea.
@asktheholisticdoctor Dairy Products are the true enemy and everyone should know. I immediately stopped eating Dairy after I got eczema and my eczema cleared up after avoiding dairy and eating plenty of fruits and veggies. since then my eczema cleared up and I eat more and dont get any reaction. Dairy is a killer and I will never go back to it.
- MILK & COKE - I like having milk with cereal etc but milk is terrible for psoriasis, cut it out of your diet, its hard but its worth it, judge after 2 months. The things you eat and drink have chemicals in them and they make the body react.
- FAT - I reduced the fatty foods I ate and cut out takeaway foods completely, I cut out pizza, Indian & Chinese foods which contain a lot of fat , this nearly broke me as I love pizza but my psoriasis reduced massively.
At one point in my life 90% of my body was covered with Psoriasis. However, I took herbal medication and daily vitamins and my skin is looking alot better. The winter season is the worst time of yea (for my skin) and yet with the daily supplements I am taking, it does not look too bad! It really does haeve to do with your diet. I've noticed that drinking and smoking really makes this work! Eat lots of green!
@asktheholisticdoctor --Hi doc. To elaborate on this subject of removing dairy from the diet---What timeframe for possible improvement after removing DAIRY?
Certainly is one way of looking at it. I do believe that diet does play a role in psoriasis in some people with the condition but certainly will hesitate in agreeing with whether changing the diet will be able to cure it in them. It is an accumalation of many different factors but one thing for certain is that it is autoimmune. Histamine plays a minute role but the main culprit it TNF-alpha recruiting Th2 (T helper cells) which releasing a cocktail of chemical inducing skin growth as plaques.
People with food allergies will quite naturally give up feeding from food products they are allergic from, because of diarrhoea, anaphalaxis and other discomforts they may cause.
However, this post is certainly enlightening and very informative.
I'm 15 with PSORIASIS and i'm trying out for cheer and it all over my body but it not very red and itchy just sometime and i don't understand how to treat it at all so can you help me and i'm very skinny so i can go on a deit but if you are talking about good food every but i can do that but is that what you were talking about in the video?
I'm turning 14 tomorrow.. and I have these little red lesions on the top of my scalp. Never had them before.. just since a couple of months.. and before.. i just had this urge to pick all of the ingrown hairs i felt on my scalp. ... :l
I feel rly bad for the people that have had to deal with this for almost their whole lives. Ive only had it for a year and its driving me nuts. Its slowly goin away now tho
Both of my pinky fingernails are pitted with these tiny little holes and I have some sort of shiny pink shit up my asscrack and under my balls. I had it for years, doesn't bother me, it's not noticeable (unless I spread my cheeks), but I guess this means I have a mild case of psiorasis?
I do "I think" have this problem but mine its not really ichy its more addicting then ichy so like its an addictive thing I do, so like say maybe oneday in class all of a sudden ill go find a spot in my head where I find these patches.
Any idea why this happends?
And another question, I've had this for over 3 years could this damage my skin or my skull could this accually do damage to any parts of my scalp permanantly?
Why do people say it's lifelong? I had it in 8th grade. The first time I went to the doctor. That doctor didn't know what it was and gave me some kind of cream that didn't work. The second time, he had no clue of what it was and signed me up to go to a dermatologist. When I went the the dermatologist, She told me it was psoriasis and she gave me this cream. and that stuff worked perfectly in weeks. It was all over my body, and now my body is really clear.
Can't....don't have one. Do your research and you will see in my profile here that I'm a Chiropractor. But...as usual, someone like you prefers to attack me personally instead of proving where I'm wrong. Which you can't do.
i bought two books about healing psoriasis about 1 year ago i did the diet for 3 weeks and my left arm cleared up. im thinking about recording videos every week to prove to people its diet. Any supporters let me know and message me. or im not even gunna bother i have been suffering with this for 8 years.
There are so many natural alternatives for healing psoriasis...
no need for drugs that just suppress the symptoms and then cause more problems later.
You can check out caycecures . com to find some really good alternative treatments. Also, if you live anywhere near Virginia Beach, VA then you can visit the Heritage Store in person. I have known many people to successfully treat their psoriasis naturally. IT CAN BE DONE!!!
How about dairy products, gluten containing foods and your food allergies? Without eliminating them and rebuilding the gut, you don't truly know if it's diet related.
Trust me doc i've tried it all. It's a Crappy thing to live with. And as far as diet it just didn't work at all. Like i said i pretty much eat non gluten non dairy most of my life, and i still have it. Don't get me wrong a good diet helps but does not prevent or cure psoriasis. So Don't get peoples hopes up.
I had problems with my gastro digestive parts since i was born and that is what developed my psoriasis. could've avoided it but it too late now. That was just a lack of knowledge. The thing is that when your tummy aches you don't expect red rashes on your skalp:) mad world...
Anyway, i have week joints too and my doctor says that it could be related to psoriasis, but i don't have any more information. Please Help:)
Try diet if you want to, but I'm telling you right now, psoriasis is not the result of poor diet. I've had it all my life and the only thing that has ever cleared me was remicade. Ask your doctor. Sorry doc, I don't buy it.
You are correct, diet doesn't cause it...until other factors fall into place such as the lack of health in the GI tract. Then foods become problematic. Search "psoriasis food allergy in Medline or Medscape and you will have more info than time to read it.
i had psoriasis on my scalp and i have tried a few things to fix it. i had it almost all over my scalp (it started in one spot) the best way to make it go away is buy selson blue and head and shoulders (both original conditioning) mix them half and half and rub it into your scalp.
I've had it for about two years and i've been to so many doctors and they gave me so many creams that didn't even work untill i went to a real skin doctor and i have NONE on my legs only on my elbows.
What helped me was this Tar Cream i'm not sure what it's called but ever since i tired it i have no more.
I was curious if you can point me in the direction of any peer reviewed journal articles that conducted double blind evaluations of dietary changes affecting psoriasis lesions. I would like to read them for myself. I have plaque psoriasis, and like yourself don't believe in prescription medicine as a treatment, especially the TNF alpha antagonist injections (Enbrel: Etanercept). DO you know of any publications that support this idea?
Can't provide the citations, but if you search Medline or Medscape for "psoriasis food allergy" or "psoriasis leaky gut" or "psoriasis probiotics"...you'll begin to make the right connections and also find the double blind you are looking for.
I live in New Zealand and I have psoriasis on my scalp and body. As of today, I am trying my best to eat healthy. However, I can't seem to find anything on the net that backs up that leaky gut is linked to Psoriasis. I know your the doctor and you know a lot more than me, but if you could put up a link that discusses what foods I need to avoid it would be great. Being a college student, I don't have the funds to see a derma so whatever info I can get from you would help a lot. Cheers
Researchers at the Center for Celiac Research found that gliadin, the component of gluten that proves problematic for celiac patients, binds to the receptor called CXCR3.
This interaction between gliadin and CXCR3 triggers the release of a human protein called zonulin, which opens up the intestinal barrier to make it more permeable. In healthy patients, this effect is temporary. In celiac patients, the effect is long-term, and the results can be devastating.
looking at the symptoms of celiac i've only got 2 of the many supmtoms wich are:
psoriasis. altough if you don't have the gene you won't get psoriasis.
toothdecay. got a few spots but then again i did drink like 3L of cola a day while forgetting to brush my theet....
so At The Moment i'm gona conclude that i don't have celiac
at the present when i avoid all glutten proccesed products my skin stops flaking, red becomes pink, present conclusion for Me is if i avoid glutten i can eat everything
my derm. wants to put me on Immune Suppresents. But i'm not sure. How dangerous is it what are the side effects and is there any before and after photo's?
Are they dangerous? You want your immune system, don't you? It's there for a reason, right? Try a more natural approach, you are asking for trouble when you suppress your immune system...and it may not clear up your skin.
I've had Psoriasis for 31 years all over my body and I was coned to going to the Dead sea by adds. The dead sea does nothing for your Psoriasis, all it does do is make your body sting with pain if you have splits in your skin. Dead sea salt and mud might be good for some things but not for Psoriasis its all a big con and I have met other people that have spent months there and they will tell you the same thing.
Stress only exacerbates your condition. Once you solve the allergy issue and restore balance to the GI tract, stress will not cause the same response to your skin. Seem it happen too many times.
i have had pustular psoriasis since i was 6 years old... i am now 17 and all of the spots are still there , but not as bad... if u have this form i think sun is one of the best things for it... i have tried all dif types of creams and the only thing that has worked to reduce the REDNESS is the sun... BUT THATS JUST ME! i cant tell how many times that people told me that i have acne on my arms ! u dont get acne at 6 people! recently its gone up my arms and shoulders too. soo... get out in the sun
I had a 90% reduction in my psoriasis by completely changing my diet from the Standard American Diet (SAD) which was lots of fast food, chips, soda, breads, refined sugar, meat & dairy, to a diet consisting mostly of raw organic plant foods (leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts & seeds). The underlying rationale behind eating raw organic plant foods is that cooking food destroys vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. My experience has taught me that food can either be medicine or poison.
thx for telling me that i hope it helps me too. i got a small case of scalp psorisis but its still there and i got this cream called Finacea (azelaic acid) Gel, 15% and when i used it, it turned me red and burned the hell out of me.. so im gonna change my diet form the amreican diet. like urs to something more healthy!! and get lots of sunlight for the uv thingy or what ever.
it's funny how people suggested sun light, currently I'm in Arizona and I've been battered badly by itchy Psoriasis with liquid ewwllll i fckn can't stand it. medicines are too expensive and I can't afford it. 1 pill of Enbrel and its competitor cost $1500 wtf? i'm pretty sure pork and soybean (silk) contributed for my case. Doc, which lab in the Tucson area that you can please tell me where I get food allergy tested? Roughly, how much money should I save up for this event? Sorry, i'm poor
Well, I went for my allergy testing and found out I should avoid wheat (which is something I've always eaten freely), dairy and try to follow the guidelines of the eat right for your blood type diet (I'm Type A). I have been doing just that for the past 2 weeks and feel great. My psoriasis is looking better, but its still early days. My hayfever is not nearly as bad either. I'll let you know how I am in a month's time.
i had it on my elbows and knees for 17 years, i took lots of medications and it did not work, i stoped eating red meat for 3 months and its all gone. i believe it :)
i developed guttate psoriasis just a few week ago after havinga painful throat infection, i only got diagnosed with it today as my rash was not dissapearing, i hope it dissapears for good and doenst develop into plaque psoriasis and scar me for life :(
I'm about to go for food allergy testing, because I suffer from pustular psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa, as well as hayfever. So I'm glad to see that I may be on the right track on treatment, because conventional medicine is useless in even controlling these conditions in my personal experience.
hmm.. i too suffer from psoriasis AND hidradenitis. maybe i should go for food allergy testing. i know for a fact i am allergic to pineapple... perhaps there are other foods.
Instead of guessing at what you might be allergic to, take a food allergy test and know. Why experiment? Once you identify them and reestablish health to the GI tract, for some, psoriasis goes completely away.
There is a cure for your psoriasis by using natural healing. Psoriasis is misdiagnosed as a skin diease when it more properly could be called a allergy reaction caused by food. Ref: ISBN 0-9628847-0-7, Healing Psoriasis. This works and the world should know about it.
Correct. Without identification of allergies through objective lab work, it's a guess about what foods are contributing to the chemistry (histamine and others) that influence the inflammation/eruptions of psoriasis. Stop guessing as each persons list of foods to be avoided is different.
Although lab work and a doctor/dermatologist should be consulted it is still possible for the poor and those with limited incomes to cure their Psoriasis with totally natural care of the body. Psoriasis is misnamed and could be called many things, allergy, leaky gut, early warning of other upcoming condition, poor health of organ(s)... There are better ways than MTX, UVA/UVB treatments and Enbrel. Understanding is key which is why I suggest the book to all that come upon these words of advice
It cleared up my friends severe Psoriasis that she suffered with all over her body (for 40 years).

think i found a cure for psoriasis...fish oil supplements seem to work wonders...!!!...100% gone for months now...and this is not an ad by the way...am speaking from personal experience...hoping this will help some if not all psoriasis sufferers...diet is of course also key...omegas in general seem to be essential...stay a way from cortisone!!!

Anyway, good luck with curing your illness.
Thanks

v1ck11 1 year ago

I dont, and am married, never stopped me from doing anything.....

Note: I did exercise in the SUN light with and without wearing cloth. But I have noticed wearing cotton cloths during exercise HELPS me ALOT. So naked Sun Bath may cause a problem.

4- Try to relax. ( No need of yoga) Just look the bright side of ur life and thankful to GOD.

@asktheholisticdoctor Dairy Products are the true enemy and everyone should know. nielsz1972 1 year ago
Avoid the below.......

Just a general comment for all of you: It's my belief that no one gets over psoriasis without learning what foods they are allergic to.
Removing some of the foods mentioned below may or may not help without elimination of your food allergies.

@asktheholisticdoctor --Hi doc. To elaborate on this subject of removing dairy from the diet---What timeframe for possible improvement after removing DAIRY?

buddhadoll 1 year ago

Any ideas on what I have?
Easyshame 3 years ago
Why do people say it's lifelong? I had it in 8th grade. The first time I went to the doctor. That doctor didn't know what it was and gave me some kind of cream that didn't work. The second time, he had no clue of what it was and signed me up to go to a dermatologist. When I went the the dermatologist, She told me it was psoriasis and she gave me this cream. and that stuff worked perfectly in weeks. It was all over my body, and now my body is really clear.

You are correct, diet doesn't cause it...until other factors fall into place such as the lack of health in the GI tract. Then foods become problematic. Search "psoriasis food allergy in Medline or Medscape and you will have more info than time to read it.

Udo's 3-6-9 Oil Blend
Carlson Brand Cod Liver Oil (lemon flavor because I cant stand the normal one)

and a lot more supplements.
This is really helping. at first I went to a normal doctor and they just gave me some creame and that didnt help at all.
it is all over my knees, forehead and scalp.
Along with these supplements I also use Burt's Bee's Lotion and that helps too.

DO you know of any publications that support this idea?
thungusamongus 3 years ago
Can't provide the citations, but if you search Medline or Medscape for "psoriasis food allergy" or "psoriasis leaky gut" or "psoriasis probiotics"...you'll begin to make the right connections and also find the double blind you are looking for.

G'day doc,
I live in New Zealand and I have psoriasis on my scalp and body.

In celiac patients, the effect is long-term, and the results can be devastating.
teslapower 3 years ago
You are quite right. Great info.

looking at the symptoms of celiac i've only got 2 of the many supmtoms wich are:
psoriasis. altough if you don't have the gene you won't get psoriasis.
toothdecay. got a few spots but then again i did drink like 3L of cola a day while forgetting to brush my theet....
so At The Moment i'm gona conclude that i don't have celiac
at the present when i avoid all glutten proccesed products my skin stops flaking, red becomes pink, present conclusion for Me is if i avoid glutten i can eat everything

My experience has taught me that food can either be medicine or poison.

it's funny how people suggested sun light, currently I'm in Arizona and I've been battered badly by itchy Psoriasis with liquid ewwllll i fckn can't stand it. medicines are too expensive and I can't afford it.

I'm about to go for food allergy testing, because I suffer from pustular psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa, as well as hayfever. So I'm glad to see that I may be on the right track on treatment, because conventional medicine is useless in even controlling these conditions in my personal experience.

hmm.. i too suffer from psoriasis AND hidradenitis. maybe i should go for food allergy testing. i know for a fact i am allergic to pineapple... perhaps there are other foods.

psoriasis cannot be cured, you can only avoid it.
some are allergic to shell fish others to dairy products but these are not the Main problems.
here are some of the food you might re-consider eating.
any glutten containing products. like bread etc. just try it out for a few weeks.
avoid all nightshade-vegetables. it might flare up psoriasis for some.
if you notice a change stick with it or remove it.
EXPERIMENT.

Instead of guessing at what you might be allergic to, take a food allergy test and know. Why experiment? Once you identify them and reestablish health to the GI tract, for some, psoriasis goes completely away.

it's already known wich food's or ingridients can cause psoriasis. you only need to know where to look.
depending on where you live and the facility it can take 2 weeks if you're lucky or up to 3 month's to 6 months before you get any results.
i'm not saying that we shouldn't take a allergy test.
most of those who get the test usely leave out those foods while sticking to only a few kinds of food routinely.
by experimenting you see that there are more foods out there then just fast/junkfood.
